    Hi Haya. Many thanks for your video. I found 16 8 ratio too much for me as I have a lot of physical activity. I start my day at 5 am and come home at cca 7 pm. As a vegan I don't have facilities to prepare my meals (or room in my bike bag for multiple lunch boxes) when I'm working overtime so I found the best way is to start eating at 9.30 10 am and my last meal to be at 7.30 pm. I will work on getting my ratio longer as I still battle with emotional snacking during the day.

    What about the state of Autophagy by staving the body to reach a phase of cleansing and recycling of cells via intermitted fasting? You didn’t seem to mention it. Any thoughts?

      I've watched other videos confirming YES- you can have tea (no sugar), black coffee, lemon water, apple cider vinegar
