    Hi do you think body builders need to eat meat in order to get enough protein? Most of them claim that even though we can get protein from plants, meat is necessary

      Hello! Definitely possible to get enough protein from plants with some planning and focus on the right protein rich foods, lots of vegan athletes do it.
