Very helpful. Planning on magnetizing my Grey Knights combat patrol and your video was a great explanation. Thanks!
I've been putting off doing this for some time, but feel like I'm less likely to screw it up now. Simple nice vid.
Keep in mind that you typically dont get extra shoulder pads with kits. It might be worth adding some green stuff to the bottom of the shoulder pad and attaching a magnet to it as well.
just 3d print those extra ones. lots of those on the purple site.
@@filomaisterfilo5308 Im big into 3d printing. But if the goal is to magnetize the different options than my suggestion still stands.
Because if you 3d print you might as well just 3d print the whole model lmao. There are tons of models that look better than the gw plastic kits.
Great pacing in your video.
The scaple to line up the magnet is a genius idea.
So dope i know some sword brethren that will thank you for there multiple load out mister BFG
Oh yeah! Have you magnetised any of your lads yet?
@@Battle_Forged_Gaming next batch of dudes will all ve magnetized:)

Nice
Anyone done this with heads ? I bought some khorne berserkers and would like to be able to change out their heads/helms for variety
Yup! Word of caution, I didn't use a strong enough magnet for my captain on jetbike... so he lost his head.
If you find it easy enough and not to stressful to do that many magnents go for it! I definitely with i would of for a few things. I suggest Magnent Baron! Great magnents with tons of sizes
So when I have multiple options for my model magnetized what would be a good tip for priming them?
I just prime mine by laying them down on cardboard, holding it down with blu tac. Wait for it to dry and repeat with the other angles
