Same here in Britain, everyone pays huge council tax and gets nothing back, it's always volunteers that clean all the crap from society, all the council keeps saying is they haven't got the staff or money, absolute crap!

Sukarelawan kecik mcam sya ni akan bakar j sampah yg dh dikumpul. Nk loading2 ni,, kesudahannya ke pusat pembuangan sampah je. Recycle bukan bisnes yg menguntungkan,, kecuali syarikat dapat dana dari pihak2 tertentu
