Yamaha vs Soundcarft - in terms of sound quality Yamaha is the best. But in general as per your budget you could plan for soundcarft it's decent enough.

Praise The Lord, How is the Audio supplied to OBS? Did you add a mixer as sound source? Also make your laptop volume to zero. You can add video source and directly stream from OBS. For church internal speakers connect them from the mixer.
You can connect the printer cable one end type B to back of mixer and the other end type C to your laptop USB. You can download from play/apple store any recording app and start recording it. You laptop will be able to detect MG 10XU as audio input/output.

I connect my mg16xu to my laptop using a quality printer cable from mixer usb b to laptop using usb c or usb a. But the laptop says USB device not recognised. Also i want to record from my mixer to laptop not the other way and also output to XLR.

I couldn't understand your setup or what you were trying to accomplish. Let's list them step by step; 1. MG10XU is connected to laptop using Type B to Type C cable? 2. What is connected to mixer and how it's connected? Anything connected to mixer as input will go over to your laptop via printer cable. Make sure you select "MG10XU" as sound output from your sound preferences on Mac/Windows 3. Now, any audio that plays on your laptop will also eventually come over to your mixer on line 10. See my video for more details. And from mixer you can send it to multiple output sections of your choice.. Phone/speakers/stereos/headphones and so on.. Let me know where you're stuck and list the steps to guide you.
Hope you have downloaded the Steinberg sound drivers on your machine. These sound Drivers will help your laptop/desktop to understand MG10XU as a audio source.

My brother told me to try a different cord and it looks like it showed up once I changed the cord and that my cord was the problem. I am glad it’s fixed because it felt like I had a bad mixer or something but now I know that your instructions were correct. Hi Joseph.. I install this USB driver and connect with zoom meeting.. Volume value less than 20% in zoom. when i Increase Gain level, volume Scattering... Then what next.. So better through this mixer and buy XENYX QX1002 USB mixer... Just plug and play... And super quality.. This mixer comes with USB cable.. But Yamaha nothing... I think Yamaha its useless.... If you can show how to increase the volume level... Just do it here... Cheers....

Do you need to turn off spatia format on audio settings?
For Windows 10 it's by default off for headphones or speaker. Keep it in that state only unless you need for any other purpose.

While you're interacting, you can simply turn off the effects button. Or you could turn the effects control volume knob to zero on the mixer.
