After the videos they played today this cross of the defenses expert makes so much sense

I don’t think it was in your video but the moment the prosecutor asked if one of Sarah’s tendencies was at least indicia and Dr. Harper disagreed, that started to show Dr. Harper was being biased in support of the Defence. But the State did a good job exposing her towards the end of the cross examine.

The look on this beautiful doctor’s face when Owens asked her that general question

I think the fact that her testimony is available to both sides and is mostly called by the defence says a lot. She’s leans on the naïve, overly sympathetic side of the spectrum.
I said yesterday that I don’t know if she’s been duped, if she’s wilfully naive, inexperienced or just not objective enough?

The law states the state expert can only meet with them 1 time.. thats whay prosecution was mad about the Defence witness meeting 9 times

I think there were parts of her testimony that helped, but I think there also parts of the state’s cross that hurt the defense’s case.

Are you referring to the psychologist for the defense? I thought she was a little shady, and I was very offended about her definition of narcissist "being just vulnerable people that we have to understand." 😮 ❤ imo, that definition is an admission that Sarah is the abuser.

Owen's is starting to feel sketchy to me. First, he stood up to defend a horrible and obviously guilty human being. His people are sketchy, he is bringing in last minute BS which is extremely sketchy. Him and Sarah were made for each other.

Yes, I found the way he had a go at the state's psychologist was offensive and borderline abusive. 😮

Wow, Owens having a go at the states psychiatrist was low key abusive, imo. I found it really disturbing, although I can see how Sarah would have liked it. 🙄

Her speaking voice and style sounds insulting. She seemed smug. She was not an impartial assessor, she’s an activist. She wanted a specific outcome.

Or maybe she saw through Sarah and is familiar with the manipulation of this type of person and reacts to her and the preposterous defence realistically.

So, both the psychologist for the defense and the prosecution are women. They are both in this video. I'm not sure who we're talking about here. 😮 ❤

Which "she", the psychiatrist for the state or the psychologist for the defense?
