Some good exercises within, though I often find for legs and bands I usually like to grab the band quite a bit lower with my hands rather than have over my shoulder…simply lets me get a lot more resistance. On the leg press one I will often secure the band to something solid and low and then move back a bit so again, resistance a bit more. Just tips I find helpful when they fit. Bands are also so great for travel!

Awsum. Can u do a leg day with pulley system please.
I don’t think the home gym pulley systems are great for leg training. Probably just stick with dumbbell, kettlebell, Bodyweight or barbells for legs 👍

It'd be great if you could show each time how you get into the position. The second move i can't get to work, the band keeps slipping.
Make sure back is on mid foot, kick back straight, not up or down. Will add more explanation next time 👍🏼
Calves ?
Get on a step and do 3 sets 30 reps calve raises after the workout (or 3 sets per leg 15r single leg) 👍🏼
