I worked at starbucks and people would legit ask for their lattes at certain temps. Luckily you can watch the espresso machine as it's steaming so you can stop it before it gets too hot. or just do the lower setting aka ask for kids temp for lattes. While others will ask for extra hot. Don't feel like you're being extra. We legit would just put a couple of ice cubes in someones hot tea so it doesn't burn them. It's all about tone of voice. If you're friend, which you guys are haha, the baristas will be fine :D

Be grateful that you are in a lockdown. Here in American nobody is taking it serious and sadly the death are rising. I have friends who are doctors and nurses that legit come home crying because they legit deal with so many death. When the lockdown is over you will be glad.
