Radiohead's second concert performed in Berkeley in April, 2017. Made from dozens of fan videos found here on RUclips, and synced to Hoserama's incredibly high quality IEM audio mix of the show.
I also uploaded night 1, which you can watch here: • Radiohead - Berkeley 2...
While night 2 seems to be the favorite, night 1 is well worth your time. There's only a handful of repeat tracks, and night 1 has a much darker vibe to it that's complimented by intermittently pouring rain.
I was lucky enough to go to both of these Berkeley shows, and put all of this fan-footage together in an effort to re-live the experience. Both concerts were insanely good, and I'm grateful that so many people shared their videos here and that Hoserama released such incredible audio for both concerts. Radiohead fans have this stuff COVERED.
Thank you to the following RUclipsrs for their videos and streams:

Not made for profit. Made entirely from freely available fan recordings.
My friend and I were at this show. We cried about a good 5 times. Once in a lifetime. The setlist was so godly.
They played House of Cards, Separator and the Numbers in one show. I think you got a dud tbh
@@dontgoaway0 eh it’s all self interest and perspective at the end of the day, cause I love those songs in my self interest
@@dontgoaway0 may be a dud for you
I think i'd cry just as much
DAMNNN I WOULD JUST CRY THE WHOLE SHOW BECAUSE YES THE SETLIST WAS SO GODLY
Separator.... what an underrated masterpiece!!!!!
All songs mate... all songs are masterpieces
Thank you
❤
Radiohead is on another level!
Its so beautiful seeing these guys mature and only get better, I'm so glad we have the privilege to do that as very few bands really ever do make it to this point. Just.... fucking...amazing...
Yes love them!
Been a radiohead super fan .die hard since they started theyll always be my no 1 band along side the cure...and dire staights...pink floyd and the stranglers thats A mix aint it'd hunt
They are a force of nature!
Sometimes I think about how my life could have been different when this show happened. I had just graduated from Berkeley the summer before and could have easily attended if my life hadn't fallen apart a few months before. I think what if I wasn't completely broke and having health problems and distraught over a recent breakup, and we had gone there together both nights, and it all culminated in this night, my favorite music in my favorite venue with my favorite person. I know it would have been one of the best moments of my life. Everything that happened instead has worked out in ways I wouldn't take back, but sometimes I still dream about the other life that was here and wish I could have at least had that moment. The closest I get to that is coming back to these videos every once in a while. A little melodramatic I guess but it's true. So thanks a lot for putting these together.
I think you'll get another chance to see them someday, Radiohead absolutely loves playing this venue... it might be a while (with The Smile touring and all), but it'll happen eventually. I hope life is going better for you these days.
I was never really into Radiohead but as my years grow I’ve realised what a sublime group these chaps are, not listened anything else for the past few years
average radiohead fan exclusively listening to radiohead
This is such a great format for them: the day to night transition provides such weight and a sense of both magic and reality to the concert
Well said.
I'm watching this stoned in Colorado, right now and it's blowing my mind how this band affects me.
weird. i am also both stoned and in Colorado
@@vernie_in_hell I'm out here visiting from Florida but love it so much, I. Moving back for good at the end of july. Bought Thom Yorke tickets the other night. A place called the Mission Ballroom. Hope it happens Tickets are for 19 October
@@maxwelter1559 the mission ballroom is amazing! you'll enjoy yourself for sure
Same here but in TX. 🤘🏼
The concert in Chile 2019 is really special too. I’ve gotten all caught up on great live shows. Thanks Covid...😑
This has to be the best Radiohead concert video. It's outstanding.
Agreed, seeing the crowd is great. And the audio is clear as day
Bonnaroo is fucking great as well
Decent but creep is their best song so it would have been better if they played that near the end
Airbag is just a masterpiece
the whole "Radiohead Thing" is a masterpiece!!!
I used to think of Ok computer when I heard Paranoid Android. But over the years it's switched to Airbag.
The best song of the 90s
Weird Fishes 😍
Present Tense 😎
There There 🤩
I was so fortunate to be among the fans at this show. I'll never forget it. How I love "The Numbers"!
Great song :)
@@philippgra8191 what an honor to c them. I can't imagine
the most amazing thing in life is emotion and it's expression
I've been watching this concert about last 5 days (again & again)
Magical.
Awesome.
Deeper.
Chingon!!
& again & again...
same here. saved it in fav.
And again. And again... Duele.
I've been listening to Radiohead live on RUclips with my headphones on for a while now and this is by far the most beautiful and faithful rendition of a Radiohead concert I have ever witnessed (having been to a certain number of them live) and I'm not even half-way through... Thank you so much for the work you've done (the sound is so good it could make me cry). Love from France.
Honestly, i worked my way through all of the shows they uploaded on the official channel this year and these two nights seem to be their best performances and the best shows overall. Thom seems really relaxed and to be having a good time! Giving up the ghost for example haha.
Plus the audio is insanely good, amazing job!
Here’s the man with teeth like Gods shoeshine, he sparkles, shimmers, and shines…
he said he loves playing there in a solo show he did in 2019 in the same venue, look up "like spinning plates the greek"
Separator is brilliant - it feels like a totally different song then the TKOL version. I love how their album versions evolve each time they perform it live.
Greatest band of all time, period!
This and the first night are the best recordings and live videos i ever seen. What a fantastic work you did! Thank you soooo much.
My love for Radiohead outgrows the love for my self sometimes
man you can really feel the bass on climbing up the walls, I love that
Amazing, amazing. I feel like I am in the crowd watching this beautiful performance. This band is everything......
You put quite some work into this. It’s a cool thing to see a video of a full concert pulled together from the soundboard audio and many various video uploads. Probably the best experience one can have outside of being there
Agree completely. The cinematic effect alongside the killer audio is just art. Thanks for sharing your talent 🙏
I was at this show, it was heaven on earth. I can't fully relay the vibe that night but magical is a good start, Every song seemed better then the last. Thank you to the tapers because music fans all over the globe need to see and appreciate it. Thank you Radiohead for pulling me back into your orbit, you guys are the real deal.
Separator... so rare
ALVCM no really
A work of considerable merit. I appreciate the time and energy you put into this. Thanks.
Indubitably a meritorious endeavour ;)
this is wonderful, thank you for uploading! it's really incredible how Thom's voice sounds exactly the same as it did 20 years ago... a lot of singers sound really rough after two decades of rock stardom, but Thom still sings like a damn angel. incredible musicians, all of them.
Actually, Paranoid Android sounds quite bad
hyrax Yeah, an angel who can’t even speak, never mind sing. If your lips are moving and words are coming out, guess what, someone might want to know what they are. Duh!
The same happens every time i see Radiohead...my favourite music ever......seen them countless times live....i slip into a daydream....like ive ive been sedated......by an injection....its perfection...pure bliss.
I hear ya... 😉👍
hahahahaha i cant help but imagine alan partridge reading this
Great audio quality, great setlist - good to see Seperator get a run out too
Great quality! Separator sounds incredible! Thanks for the upload and audio!
This is like the best radiohead show I’ve ever heard
The reaction of the crowd every time they play “Nude” is that of a talk show audience seeing a celebrity take their jacket of during an interview and I love it!!!
I was there on night 2. This is a fabulous reminder. Thank you!
Most important question: HOW MUCH WAS YOUR TICKET?
Great rendition of “How to disappear completely”.. best live version I have heard probably.
Wow, this performance of Nude was so...uh, um... heartwarming and um I think that I can't find the right words... just perfect...
It was beautiful, sublime and sexy
I was there too, easily in the top 5 best concerts I've seen, great vibe in the crowd too. good job on the editing
1:05:58 The National Anthem.., WOW!!
fantastic upload notheard Airbag live since around 2000 whole concert is a teatament to this groups staying power and body of work.
GREAT audio!!!! Thanks!!!!
OWW...HOW MUCH I LOVE YOUR ENERGY...THOM...AND THE WAY U MOVE....!!!Thank you..for being...!!
Wait wtf the harmonizing at the beginning of Identikit doesn't sound like anything I've ever heard from Radiohead. Why does it not sound like that on the record? Super unique.
exactly! shockingly good
@@WiseRiley is that Ed? Agree, shockingly good!
the emotion "made music" BEAUTIFUL. VIVA RADIOHEAD.
I was there in the front!!! thanks
What a beautiful show, thank you for sharing this. Such a good version of Climbing up the walls.
Separator is sublime. Right after is woman yells "can i have yiur sweater". Thom says no is mine 😂
Nice work putting together this video....many thanks to all who contributed :)
was @ both shows and these uploads provide a wonderful flashback
Separator - what a treat!
Johnny's solo on Identikit sounds like he's wrestling the guitar to floor. And I mean that in the best way possible.
I wasn’t a big fan of day dreaming when I first heard it but it has grown to be one of my favorite songs ever especially after hearing the back story behind it between Thom and his wife after being together for so many years truly touching
Phenomenal work putting this epic concert together from synced fan footage. Incredible. One of the best Radiohead concert videos I’ve seen. 👏
Maybe the best bootleg of AMSP era - great upload thanks 🙏
I've watched 10-15 of these live shows of theirs this week, this one wins
The only band that i listen to the first thing i wake up and go to sleep.. legends! Our true living legends. Jonny is my crush since 1997... Thom too tho but Jonny can transform any instrument to something spiritual.
How to Disappear Completely just happened to be the song on the radio on my way home from the hospital the morning my father died from his 4 year battle with lung cancer. I miss him in an indescribable way. It's almost been 15 years now. He was 52 (2-15-1953 to 2-*13*-2006) I was 26. Only child, single Dad.
I comment so often on this page. *_It has become my diary._* I have enough Radiohead T-Shirts to wear everyday of the week or more. My life is empty without my Dad, but I would still be drowning without Radiohead keeping my head above water.
3 years ago his best friend (besides me he confessed when I was 20), and big sister passed away on *his birthday.*
Edit: spelling.... These dang onions in my eyes! =)
Damn I'm not even there and I'm crying, it's so beautiful
I love it when Thom plays the outro after the song ends and let the crowd sing it
Love the almost surf guitar twang of the arpeggios on Weird Fishes! Awesome upload, gang!
Well shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit
thom looks so happy
Thank you so much for all the hard work involved in putting this video together - fantastic footage/sound!!
Wow. The Videotape-Pyramid Song-Street Spirit section is extraordinary.
Saw them with REM in Vancouver so amazing 🤩 thanks for sharing this 🙏🤩🇨🇦
Another great concert by RH. I've seen them perform live 3 times in Japan and each time was epic. This setlist contains my two favourite songs for A Moon-Shaped Pool - Identikit (which seriously kicks ass) and Present Tense (also sublime). I like and admire the musicianship of Daydreaming but find it incredibly haunting / depressing.
Reliving this night in 2024 ❤️
I was 20 feet from the band and I can say it was a sublime experience and an amazing vibe-a unified field.
Fantastic awesome! Thank you for sharing
This is at the Greek Theater. If you're ever in the Bay Area and have,a chance to see a show you want to see playing there, go. Check out the sunset from up top.
Awesome job. Sounds amazing
Cheers. Great to have such decent audio. Crowd footage is usually a waste of time
Such decent? The audio is incredible for a live performance
This is fucking epic. Thank you for the amazing upload!
That was really great, thank you much!!!
I was at this show and It was one of the best days of my life
What a great set list and crowd have watched this several times - Videotape, There There, Bloom and Nude are just brilliant ....
What a setlist!
Ed’s voice is so beautiful
Just amazing
This sound makes me dream❤
Great footage, thanks. Such a shame for the fans Thom had such a bad cold on that night.
חבל שרק עכשיו גיליתי אצ הקונצרט המיוחד הזה...צמרמורות ואפילו דמעות שכה יהיה לי טוב ❤
נכון?
אחד הטובים ביוטיוב
Turn the lights off, turn up your brightness, go to 1:06:15
thanks for the epilepsy ;)
Ah yes... the song where Jonny decides he's just going to head out there and play a fucking radio.
Thank you! I kept shouting House of Cards both nights and right as I was about to give up they played it here on the second night!!!
Hi :) This is the 5th day in a row EDIT: Ninth day, I am here watching Night 2. Their groove different and *magic happens at **1:11:10** for the rest of the show* Thank you @deliciousreindeer for this amazing, seamless edit and sync with crisp, brilliant Taper audio.
Thank you all!
God damn they sound good
Wow. Simply incredible.
omg that version of give up the ghost, in spite of the shiiiiit was soooooo goood.
I would love to be a fuzz on his sweater just to have been there
Thanks for this! Great job! I wonder why bands don't release more live material. Fans would definitely buy it. Seems like an easy money maker. 🤷♂️
Air bag (!!!)Pyramid Song!!etc etc.
What a treat
phenomenal
Great show 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Just because no one else has mentioned it yet - incredible version of moon shaped pool here too
well done sir! excellent
great list and 2 long encores = definitely goes on my desert island disc.
thank you
This performance of videotape was one of the best I’ve i ever seen from them all feels
1:34:20 best part 😂😂😂❤️❤️❤️
what happened?
@@ishakis105 shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit
@@ishakis105 Just by asking "What happened?" _I can infer you did not watch this._ I would like to think you have by now ? _hope._
This version is priceless :)
Great gig, thank you. ;)
What a fucking set list. Holy shit.
The quality is simply amazing despite the crowd noise being there!
