Very good hopeful quotes. Hope for togetherness, happiness and joyful life. Anxiety is like a big mountain sitting on your chest, you can feel the heaviness and fear of it. You should lift up that mountain if you hope for life. You need to be stronger to face the anxiety and fear. Meanwhile you have to pass through lots of phases of the problem, which teaches you the solution. It is impossible to ignore the problem, if you get the solution, then you develop hope. Life is teacher, teaches you lessons every day. While struggling, need prayers to build up confidence to get stronger, be positive and pray to God all negativity will go far away from you. There is life there is hope. Live life hopefully with joy.

Last year February my mother passed away I had panic attacks depression and sucidal thoughts went to psychiatric Dr prescribe medicine , after listening to Buddha quotes continuously my mind calmed down , the feelings of loss has reduced especially non attachment and other issues relating to emotional and mental suffering thanks 🙏

Some times frustration makes hopes to loose at a time so its every time one has to think if things don't work and things turn out to be negative, one should always keep plans in negatives output also so that frustration should stay temporary and welcome new hopes in future..

Why you are giving fake budha quotes there was no bicycle one Buddha was born there was no bicycle till his death so how can he an example of in bicycle why you are mixing fake Buddha quotes with real quotes you are doing a dangerous thing it is very wrong.
