Using the XHDATA D808 Tuning around 40 meter ham band and using SSB and Fine Tuning example

Hope you all enjoy this little tutorial on the XHDATA/SIHUADON D808 tuning around in the LSB mode and using fine tuning with 40 meters amateur radio operators

I wish the fine tuning knob would automatically reset to zero when you use the main tuning knob or keypad to change frequencies

Giles a question im not as technical minded as u ...I hav mla 30+ antenna with the sma connecter can you recommend the wire I need to go from my sma connecter to this Radio please ..its like a headphone jack antenna fitting please my girlfriend bought me this Radio for Christmas. The SSB fine tuning knob on my Sihouadon D-808 is no longer displayed even if the SSB signal and voice is good. Should it work when turned even if not needed for a frequency?

You have to be in SSB for it to work , if it does not , remove batteries 24 hours

@@OfficialSWLchannel GIlles, Thanks for advice on removing battery for 24 hours. Just tried again but still no results on Fine tuning -no display or plus/minus increments on a couple of SSB voices. I had no issues until yesterday so I know I was operating properly. I emailed HX Data with the problem- they replied " Please send us a video so we can understand better "-- REALLY? I replied that my description would be clear to anyone on their technical staff so please look into this.and I can't video this to you.
I will comment soon on any info from them.
I have this radio for 2 weeks so assume it can be exchanged according to their warranty if I pushed for that.
