Do you suffer from brain fog? In this video, you'll learn how to clear brain fog and regain focus and clarity.
Nowadays we all suffer from information overload, anxiety and stress, and this results in a diminishing ability to focus, and therefore, in a compromised ability to get results. We therefore tend to do poorly in many areas of our lives, such as in work and at school, in our personal relationships, and even our health suffers.
Yet by developing the capacity for a calm and clear mind, you become highly effective, in addition to healthier and happier. With a focused mind, you can be more successful in both the professional and personal dimensions of your life.
Get Calm. Get Clear. Be a Warrior.

22 minutes isn't long. However, it's all relative. Going on and on for 22 minutes can really make it drag. He could have done this in about 5 or 6 minutes.

You should begin noticing the effect immediately, however initially it may not last long before the old patterns re-emerge. Yet with continued practice, you will gradually rewire the way your mind works and you will maintain longer and longer periods of sustained presence naturally until it becomes your dominant state. To your success!

And to those of you who don't agree with how he made this video, that is okay. He repeats himself because most of us did not truly hear him the first time, especially if we're in a true fog. Things stick better in the mind when they're said more than once

Meditation will improve health and wellbeing on every level, especially with regards to neuro-connectivity and brain function, as well as in regulation of body systems. Meditating daily opens and frees energy channels, making you not only more productive, but healthier, stronger and clearer. 20 min a day to start!

Those who are not getting the right thing here have locked their room of understanding with very stiff and thick walls of ego from all the sides and on every wall they have inscribed - - "I know everything." Before insulting this man just ask yourself, " Why am I failing to get the meaning and your conscience might answer that knowledge is impossible in the presence of ego."

Repetition is there for a very specific reason. Repeating the same things allows the brain to really absorb the content being delivered. This is the perfect example of you people focusing on the form of the speech rather than the content. May Allah guide you to the righteous path.

This is what the purpose of this video is to listen and focus.. and by watching this without even listening carefully and focus on what the message is for, then you better start doing what he said in the video because that is exactly what's happening to your mind people... begin healing yourselves.. then you'll understand more and your mind become more active by thinking positive so that what comes out from the mouth is only positive and also correcting bad behavior...

Thank you for this. You have helped me get back on track. A few weeks ago I was meditating everyday, then all of a sudden at like the 6th day, all my anxiety and horrible brain fog faded, I felt cured, I realised it was all in my head. I started living! and then because I stopped meditating, I lost that frame of mind after about 5 days. So now that I think of it, maybe it was the meditation that cleansed mental pain.

much of what is called brain fog is in fact often a severe vitamin B12 deficiency. My Neurologist tested me and my B12 level was under half of what it should. She told me b12 is vital to the body and a lack of it can cause brain fog and numbness in the toes and fingers. After 30 days on B12 I felt considerably better

Just a tip for everyone: I found that the easiest way to "live in the moment" without mediating is to tell yourself, in your head, what you are doing as you do it. For example, if you're in your kitchen and you turn around to pick up a plate, say "turn around an look at plate" as you do it. "Pick up plate with right hand". Try to be as detailed as possible, but variate so it doesn't lead to repetition. This will force your mind to work in a much more conscious state, rather than autonomously.

I think it's because you already know (more or less) how to become focus anywhat, but what it's missing is your understanding on what is happening and why, and why it is important to understand that and apply yourself to overcome it.
For example, he actually didn't precisely repeated any chunck of information, he gave distinct information in each part of the video, but you lack of focus of impatience keep you to see it.

This is awful to have as a student at school, when productivity and focus are key elements to success :(
I first began to feel "Brain Fog' when I was 14, and since then have spiralled in school life, social life and home life. I don't know whether my depression caused to fog, or the fog caused the depression. I am constantly criticised for my academic downfall (I used to be an extremely high achieving pupil) from all corners, and I am not pleasant to be around. My brain is fatally wounded, and needs to be healed. I've always loved reading, but lately I even struggled to concentrate enough to do that...

I agree with playbackjunkie...a proper sleep schedule is important....I've noticed direct correlations with proper sleeping and functionality...meditation does help clear out the thinking in that very moment though....

I would like to add that people ultimately take care of what is important to them. Read that sentence again and let it sink in. When you cannot focus, chances are the appropriate attention was not paid to other things before you arrived here--so now you are here wanting to be some where else. Stop! To improve, you must invest time into doing things the right way. Yes, somethings won't get done. That's the point! Do what is important.
Power down those other thoughts and take time to decide if this concept is important. Is the answer yes? Then what should you be doing with these 20 minutes? Judging, shutting down your entire mind, looking at the clock or learning to be peaceful and..................practice focus. Let you children or those things you cannot control be the trigger to slow down, look around, love life and focus. This is a practice of meditation as well. In fact, meditation can be anything the brings everything in line with the present. It's your life, be present for it

thanks, I really liked very detailed techniques that you suggested in this video. I like specific suggetions not general ones like: "you are the masterpiece of your life" or "everything is inside you" ... I already know those all . I have an engineering view on everything!

Almost like hypnotizing. Great job

Too much carbohydrate over all food causes brain fog. Lack of certain vitamins can cause brain fog too. But This (meditation, as he said) is the most effective solution. Reading book is another one. But I think Keto diet is effective too! 👌

-Speaks for over 6 minutes, while moving his hands, in a super low & calm voice that makes me feel sleepy, with a terribly bad quality camera that adjusts itself and keeps moving upp & down because you think you're in a hand disco...
