0:43 Chicken soup recipe
2 onions 🧅
5 carrots 🥕
1 fennel
4 pieces chicken breast
Spices any of your favourite
On a medium heat add a slice of butter 🧈 and olive oil cook the chicken breast for 5-10 minutes keep turning them , bow remove the chicken
Add another slice of butter ( low fat ) and olive oil cook the onion for 1 minutes add the carrots and fennel and cook them until tender on low to medium heat add your favourites spices
Meanwhile cut the chicken then add to the pan cover with hot water till the to and leave it cook with cover but not fully cover for 15 -20 minutes
Enjoy !
5:10 salmon bowl recipe
500 g salmon
In a bowl 🥣
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp Worcester sauce ( optional )
1 tbsp honey
3 garlic cloves
Mix and marinade the salmon
Cook on a medium to low heat spray with olive oil the pan cook 3 minutes until browned enjoy with rice avocados cucumber and carrots

1 onion 🧅
2 garlic 🧄 cloves
500 g chicken
1 tbsp tomato paste
600 ml vegetables broth
1 cup coconut milk
On a medium to low heat add olive oil First cook the onion and garlic for 1 minutes then add the chicken and cook for 5-8 minutes , make a hole in the middle of the pan and the tomatoes paste stir then add the vegetable broth cook after boiling for 5 minutes finsih with the coconut milk leave it another 3 minutes enjoy !
You can add any of your favourite veggies ! 🥕

Small can corn 🌽
Some cherry tomatoes
Mozzarella cheese
Mint leaves 🍃 ( this will give a very delicious flavour )
Heat in 8-10 minutes in oven 170 C
