Forged by Kings in a distant realm, the legendary Excalibur has proven to be a force to be reckoned with. It is now available in an updated version which includes a brand new eye-catching, high-viz color scheme, improved propeller assembly, metal-geared servos, and even more carbon and glass fiber reinforcement, the Excalibur V2 has arrived! Its innovative design features things such as a cantilever forward-swept wing, V-tail tail surfaces, incredibly strong construction, and stunning lines.
Just like the legendary sword, strength is paramount, the Excalibur V2 is the perfect marriage of modern design and materials, with rock-solid engineering and performance. The entire model features carefully positioned carbon and glass fiber reinforcement throughout, this reinforcement has been increased on the V2. Super smooth EPO foam makes it super slippery to achieve the lowest drag possible. Quick connect PCB wing plugs, and a quick and simple screw-together system makes for a very fast assembly.
Power is provided by a pre-installed and extremely powerful 3542-800kv brushless motor, and an Aerostar 60A brushless ESC. The factory balanced V2 13x8 folding propeller has carbon-infused nylon blades and a full CNC aluminum spinner which is lighter, and stronger. The supplied, upgraded metal-geared high torque servos are pre-installed and connected to the control surfaces with super-strong, efficient ball links.
The Excalibur V2 is awesome, it climbs like a demon and the power-off vertical dives have enough energy to complete several maneuvers before power is required again. A vacuum-formed nose cone is also supplied so that you can remove the propeller and turn the Excalibur V2 into a very efficient, exciting, and fun-to-fly slope soarer.

I don’t know why, maybe what we are going through, but I felt very emotional when you gave us a shout out in Australia. Thank you Rob and Bluz, see you when I escape and come and visit. Maybe your driveway is long enough for me to land on. It is very wet here, we had not had a summer here. Surprised how well this plane flew with a anhedral wing. Dihedral wings usual way more stable.

Good filming captain Blas Good sound with the swoooooch. My dad has the V1sligthly bigger version very fast. Slowing to land always a problem. On his first maiden flight he rolled it vertical from take off I was proud son.

thanks from Aus. for the kind thoughts. I've logged many happy hours flying my v.1 Excalibur, ideal for windy days. You can set timer 1 for motor run, timer 2 for total duration- should get 10 minute plus on 4s. I'm using 1300mah. packs for 4 minute motor run. Just avoid too much up elevator at low speed! We have discovered that if the sun is like milk the camera blurs a lot, but if it is beautiful yellow it works great.

Great wido my friends. Speed, sexiness, swishing, zooming and loads of laughter. Just what this crowd enjoys. I enjoy the Consendo but this little jewel has it beat I think. Hopefully some day they'll come to their senses and bring the prices down where everyone can afford them. I have several of your T's and their really quality material. Really lovely glider. I like the aggressive forward sweep . I can imagine many hours of fun looking for lift and then the option of some adrenaline pumping aerobatics. Really a good package of capabilities.

The Battery must have been bad. I fly the V1 with lots of vertical climbs 8 Minutes with Zippy 4S, 2200, 40C. I would recommend 60C though. I would recommend oainting the wingtips and fuselage in a high-visible colour. In my Case it is red and I love it.

Hey my friend.
I noticed on ur tx, its setup as a normal plane. IF u go to the GLIDER settings/menu, ALL the tail/wing & flap mix configurations are premixed! (I found out by accident! 😳)
Especially nice with v tail mixes. BAD part is now, if u do use glider, ull have to reset & rebind everything. 😳🤪🤯
I discovered this on my FMS Moa. So many MORE settings on glider (NX10 and NX8) than a regular plane.
(I destroyed a few gliders BEFORE i discovered that 🤪)
TOO, (on glider menu), u have 'assigned' flaps (down) & spoilers (up) on switch D. Switch D is the assigned flap/spoiler switch. I prefer every plane flap switch on B, myself. 🤯

Captain blush if you put one of those collapsible props on there that fold when you cut the power would that give you more glide time and can you put one of those on there and save your nose and engine and prop from being damaged let me know and all of us know that you’re safe and keep flying I love that plane
It does have a folding prop, I think. It did when they unboxed it.
That’s crazy! I thought that was a glider. That thing rips! I’ll tell you what. I have nothing but good experience with durafly and the customer service at hobby King. It’s not perfect quality builds but most hobby king planes are really well priced and a good value. And my micro tundra is the most durable plane I own.

Large high pitch prop is always going to suck the battery dry quickly they are really designed for 10 second blips to gain height and float back down then blip and repeat so five minutes of motor time is great 👍 flies real nice my friends 👌

Hello there!! Did you had to add nose down trim during your maiden flight? My Excalibur V2 required a lot of nose-down trim. With CG set according to the manual I had to use all of the nose down trim on my transmitter.
