bought the notte 360 for my 12700k, works fantastic, at about 50% cpu usage or 45c is when the fans barely kick in (audio wise) and are kinda audible but thats if you don’t have headphones and your ear is really near the pc. really recommend it! anything below 40% cpu usage its still dead quite and keeps the cpu cool to able 33c at idle

I replaced my 240mm Deepcool Captain AIO with the Frozen Notte 360mm and my temps didn't get any better. I was kinda shocked Ambient temp in my room is probably around 26C but even at idle this rarely goes below 60C and if I do anything it shoots up to mid 70s. I have a 5900X.
Any clue what's going on? I have it set up in a top mounted radiator position with the fans in a pull configuration. I also had my Deepcool in pull configuration but it was in a vertical setup (while my case does support a 360mm AIO vertically it doesn't with my hard drives installed - apparently) so top mounted is the only option I have. Kinda disappointed but at this point it was such a PITA to swap the radiator and all other fans and the RGB crap that I don't want to go back.

So I was forced into buying one as the air cooler I was using was too high to fit in the case, couldn't get the glass side panel on due to the copper nibs sticking out the top. I watched a couple videos and was honestly turned off at the idea of the pump being anywhere but the block. I didn't like the idea of the pump being in the radiator because that kind of stops you from top mounting it in the case, that would then have the pump at the highest point in the loop, which is my understanding that it's a bad idea for the pump to be the highest point. Then the pump being in the cables, meh I don't like that aesthetic. Bought the Frozen Prism 360 in white to go with the white case, impressed with the performance for the price. 👍

for AIOs with the pump located in the radiator, it doesn't matter as much which orientation the AIO is in because the pump is never lowest, top mount is ok
