@@giovannicampanaro7165, I saw Lindley a bunch of times: with Jackson, with Ry Cooder, with his own band ElRayo-X, and playing duets with a percussionist. He was fabulous in every setting; a truly unique player.
There are three ElRayo-X concerts on RUclips: Rockpalast, Loreley, and Metropol Berlin. All are fantastic!

Lindley's bass player Jorge Calderon is clustered with rhythm guitarist Bernie Larsen and another guy I don't recognize on the side of the stage. Drummer is Ian Wallace, also from Lindley's band. ElRayo-X.

I am lucky to say I’ve seen Eric Burdon twice, 1st with the Animals in December 1968, the Animals finally broke up and Eric went to the Bay Area and joined WAR, we saw him with WAR in 1969, amazing performances!! And I love David Lindley, Gallagher is great here too!! I wonder what year this was, unfortunately we lost David Lindley to Covid and Rory too. Eric Burdon will always be a legend in his own time ❤❤❤oops, that didn’t come out right, I don’t know what Gallagher died from or when???
Rory received a liver transplant in '95 but died later that year from complications.😢

I was wondering the same thing. Eric had shown talent as a singer in the past, but this sounds like Jim Morrison when he was trashed. But I stayed through it to hear the band and the players trading off.

If any of you folks here seeing this mediocre blues band want to hear, also from the '80s, a much better rhythm section, much better vocals, even better guitar playing (in context), check out the Ralph Shine Band, from Chico, California, opening for Stevie Ray Vaughn at Butte College in '84. They cover classic blues songs better than blues luminaries, and I am so glad they are up on RUclips now!

@@Katsem ... The vocals are lame, the tightness of the rhythm section and band is lacking, they clearly haven't played together much, and while David Lindley and Rory Gallagher are great in other bands they have led, and with others, this is an 'undistinguished' performance.
Did you follow my suggestion and listen to the Ralph Shine Band of Chico, CA opening for Stevie Ray Vaughn at Butte College in '84? (an unknown band from small college town -- way better rhythm, vocals and even guitar solos compared to this video, despite Rory and David here)
