Not to complain, but just now i got hit by a Vulcan ult walking up to a FG fight, Aegis being down from getting Kali'ed the life before. He did 1790 with his ult, i had 1780 hp, FULL HEALTH. I get the revert raises the skill ceiling and floor, but whats the skill in getting max ranged by a Vulcan, getting one shot? Really does feel like Immobile gods are gonna get hit the hardest over this, and maybe thats how Anubis was before, but I would'nt know I started in season 10.
I would say get sniped, but that’s not exactly a snipe.

That was still happening before the revert back to 9.5 I main Vulcan and he can really only one shot late game. Sure if you have a big enough gold and lvl lead over someone it can do it earlier but it's still gonna be unusual for it to one shot say lvl 5-15

Honestly there’s not much you can do unless you got a jump. Vulcan is just one of those brain dead characters and unfortunately there’s not much you can do.

Have you considered playing predecessor
The cool thing about ulr is you can kill him 6 times then out of nowhere 4 lvls and 2k gold down he just starts winning anyway
