If they follow the norm of 7 to 8% hba1c ...less 50 percent patients are not diabetic..then how they give the E.M.I THEY HAVE BOUGHT 4 BHK & 5 BHK posh society flat..when they have profit they follow the international norm ....not everyone but maximum are business man more than doctor.

Dr Tandon, the ACP recommendation is very clear. They are giving guidelines for treatment. And saying that if HbA1C is less than eight then medication need not be taken to bring it down to around 6. And the reason is that the harmful effects of medication may be far more than the negative impact of HbA1C being higher than 6. So please do not confuse the issue.
