Actually. India & West Indies just played a couple of T20 games in Florida this last week. Anil Kumble himself said he was very impressed with the pitch and facilities. The first match looked nailbiting, but a Florida storm wiped out the second, which is a shame. I hope that the USA does invest more in to cricket, not just at grass roots level, but education. This also means an equally committed investment from the ICC, so, yeah. A long road ahead, but it can only benefit the world game if the USA gets more involved imo.

The reason Americans call domestic league titles world titles is because the best players in the world in their sports come to the mlb, the nfl, and the nba. It’s not like soccer/football where other nations are leagues ahead because the best players from japan, Dominican Republic etc. all come to the us to play baseball.
