Unforgettable match. This is the most exciting match and Lara's 153* is the most exciting test innings for me. Having vivid memories of awakened all night long till the dawn to watch the spectacular finish with my brothers in Chittagong, Bangladesh. We were WI supporters and die hard Lara fans. Test is always good. I dont know why people consider it boring. Test is always about surviving while t20/odi is always about scoring. You almost never see almost the entire team in slip/gully position in odi, cuz in test giving the opposition runs isnt as important as getting wickets.
West Indies is the only team who play the game as a game. They don’t mind whether they win or loose, they just enjoyed every moment. Never seen a team like this❤️❤️❤️
I had watched this match. Lara has been in such situations on number of occasions. This is what I call Great Finisher. Ability to play with tailenders, and take the match till the finish. He was always great to watch - Lara. And it was always fun when Walsh / Ambrose had to bat. :)
