New one installed at my apartment. Guy didn't remove the plug so dishwasher wouldn't drain. No problem I just punched it out. But really bad leak at the flange. I took it down the seal was kinked and on upside down. I thought it went back together ok but still leaking bad from seal area . I'm wondering if he used the old bracket instead of the new one. Maybe worn out or doesn't match the new bracket.

What if it drips from one of those nubs at the bottom of the disposal?
Very slow drip from reset button at the bottom of the disposer. I'll just replace the whole unit.
Mine is leaking from the bottom, down the hose.
I had to get it replaced. That "hose" was the electrical line. Water had broken into the electrical compartment of the device and was flooding my cabinet.
There aré not way to fix It?

@@jlang8213 Here in the US, every plumbing site I've visited calls it a garbage "disposal."
@@generalyellor8188 Insinkerator/Emerson uses both terms. Website uses garbage 'disposal' while their user guides have food waste 'disposer'. Weird.
