This is common I guess in the south. Come to find out from everyone I talk to with mustangs/challengers etc. humidity just gets trapped in the upper engine due to morning dew. Everyone here runs catch cans for this very reason to suck out water vapors from the air trapped in the valve cover. I’ve even had this catch can have about 1/2 cup of fresh clear water in it from morning starts.
