    when you talked about foot work i could tell your speaking facts im a tall boy im 6'6 but im also 15 and i have about a 6'9 wingspan its probabbly 6'10 now and i mightve grown i feel like i have i might be 6'7 with 6'10 wingspan but anyway this video is teaching me the reason to use these moves rather than to use them just to use them because having a bag isnt about being flashy and what not most of the time its about being effective i want to be effective cus half those flashy moves i forgot and i dont use them right

    I'm thinking on that ''up and under moves'', in here I learned not only how to move, but how it works, thanks a lot, so simple and yet so effective moves when getting trap under, I'm a short person but I loved to attack and use my body as a cover, and sometimes the defensive pressure is too strong to attack on the side, that's why it needs a bail out.

    • @ATTACKBball
      @ATTACKBball  4 месяца назад

      I'm thrilled to hear that you found the information on "up and under moves" helpful! They can indeed be incredibly effective, especially when facing strong defensive pressure. Using your body as a shield and mastering these techniques can create scoring opportunities even in tight situations. Keep honing your skills and adapting your game to overcome defensive pressure. If you ever need more tips or guidance on specific moves, feel free to comment. Keep up the great work on the court! 🏀💪 Keep ATTACKing! 👌🏼

      oh, there isnt just one - EVERYTHING is awesome - including those small things like subtitles, graphics and slow motion replays. But if ive to choose just two it would be: ATTENTION TO DETAILS and full explanation: what is that, why would i need it and (detailed) how to do it and how to train it.
      Once again THANK YOU!

    a little confused with what would make these moves a travel or not. If i gather and land on both feet, either can be my pivot foot right?

    Tip: If you want to be an average good offensive player, do each drill 10 times.. If you want to be elite, do each drill 1000 times every day. #MambaMentality

      You have to dribble after the step through. If you dribble then yes you can take another step and it wouldn't be a travel

    There’s an art to those sayings that stay in your head on repeat. Stay low, show, then go. Beautiful coaching. Love your content, man. It’s those small things that a lot of people don’t want to put the time into that’ll make all the difference.

      Thank you so much for your content! I really appreciate your comment. I've realized over the years that coaching is about correcting in short phrases (preferably that rhyme LOL) that the player can remember and quickly recall during a game. Thank you for the acknowledgement as I have worked hard to hone that over the past 10+ years. Keep ATTACKing...and please let me know if there is any specific content you are looking for that I can provide.

    At 9:38, what do you think of people saying that that's not a travel? I too have grown up playing with people saying you have to jump off 2. However, the last few years, it's pretty much accepted that it's not a travel. Good call! Thank you for your comment. You are correct that it is NOT a travel if I commit to the shot. However, if I do NOT commit to the shot, then it WOULD be a travel. Good eye : ) And thank you for your support of our channel!

    Lifting your pivot on a step through after your dribble isn't a travel unless you put it back down before the shot or pass. Am I missing something?

      You are correct that it wouldn't be a travel if you don't set your pivot foot back down. You just described a zero step.

    there are no better way to learn then watching MJ doing it, i watched all MJs carrier i learned MJs moves and fadeaway no one could stop me , i mean Koby became one of the greatest players of all time using MJs moves, if i would have sons playing basketball i would advice them to learn MJs game because for example unlike Lebrons or Giannis game you can not use it no matter how tall you are .
