I'm actually in the market for a cheap APS-C using it for travel photography and video since I already have a full frame, is it wise to buy the a6000 coming from A7II at this day and age?
If you're looking for something low budget and compact then the a6000 makes a great travel camera. Clearly it won't have all the newer features you may be used to, but paired with a good lens I'd say it is a good option.

Bought a ZV e10 yesterday for 650. Could have bought the a6000 for 150 less. It was a hard choise because i bought it for photography basically. Spend the 150 extra because some people said picture quality should be equal to the newer a models 6xxx. Do you think its the best option or should i think about exchanging it?
I recently bought the A6000 basically for photos and I think it's a better choice for that. I miss the flipscreen for Streetphotografie and that's it. The A6000 has the viewfinder, mode dial and what's really important for me is more buttons for functions.
@@itsoliven6152 thanks im using the zve10 atm and will send it back for sure. Photos are not Sharp when zooming in on the device itself, im dissapointed. Also inside the house / low light situations I feel like the camera is performing bad. I had a pocket camera from 8 yeats ago and rly expected this would blow me away
@@bierendeul But I think the zv is a bit better in low light situations cause of the digital image stabilisation which the A6000 doesn't have. Which objective do u use?
@@itsoliven6152 the 16-50 aka kit lens. Problem is not the camera but the lens I think, was just Hoping this would be better for the price. If someone mores a little, face is unsharp aswell. Thought a6000 might perform Better because of flash.
@@bierendeul Well, the lens is exactly the Problem. Please do me a favor and don't use the flash, that's not a good look for photos. By a prime lens with f1.8 (I use the samyang 35mm 1.8) and use this for low light shots. The A6000 doesn't make better photos as the zv, the zv is technically the better camera. I'm doing street photography by night very often and it's difficult with apsc and without ibis in general.

a6000 with sigma 18-50mm f2.8 lense is the best combination.
Actually I m new to photography and I am not sure, maybe 4k is not in my focus today but in few months.... I think I will go for the ZV-E10

For photography, the A6000 has a built in flash, for emergencies.
