Polaris 360 broken float ball stem repair fix

The "float stem" on my 10 year old Polaris 360 broke off unexpectedly after lightly tossing the vacuum into the pool. I guess the plastic has become brittle over the years- need to treat these aging units with care. Fortunately I was able to find the replacement part online for $26 dollars. Even more fortunate is that replacing the part took all of about ten minutes with removal of only 6 easily accessible bolts total. Apologies for the shaky camera work and rough editing. Hope this helps someone save money.
