no battery status icon, after entering the moped mode the bike stops after 10-20 seconds

FIIDO D1 :
no battery status icon on display
after entering the moped mode the bike stops after 10-20 seconds (turns off the diplay too). After this is non-working until unfolding and folding the bike again. But bike after powering on and changing to the moped mode again stops working again after few seconds.

There must be a false contact with the battery pins
