When will vadoc parole board give men who absolutely deserve it, second chances? These Motivational talks are for just inmates that have an out date. The parole board in Virginia is ridiculous. Give me a video and answers on what they are actually doing....!!!!

That program is a waste of time. Inmates need to rehab themselves because most of them are repeat offenders. I served time in a female maximum prison in SC. I was released in 2001 and I have not returned to prison at all.
