Pak-boong is also delicious when we stir-fried it with soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, and some chili ('pad-pak-boong') or crispy fried it, then make the spicy and sour salad (yum-pak-boong-krob).

Almost every time you have your food, I've noticed that you put quite a lot of pasted-dried chilly in it. You seem to have no proplem eating that much of spicy. I also love spicy food. Nice VDO as always.

Next time hope u to explore Nam Tok (waterfall) Teelorsu in Tak province. It is the most beautiful waterfall in Thailand. It is in the Umphang national park. Many wildlife including tigers, elephants, panthers.. Difficult access by vehicles.. Need local guide..
