There are no words that can adequately express my gratitude for your amazing content on the Rebel 1100! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for all of the work you put in for getting these videos to us! God bless! Ride safe!
Hi There, there are many factors that will affect the average consumption. I took a 3,000 mile trip back in Feb and the result was an average of 37.2 MPG. Mind you the bike was fully loaded for touring and i was riding on the interstate at 80 mph. here is a link to the section i go over fuel consumption: ruclips.net/video/e1Pc2YAbcBU/видео.htmlsi=7rJDAnbUyEp47D-n&t=1005
@@SilverIndian if you are going 60 mph the fuel consumption is excellent! But in my case, I had bags and a large screen and I needed to cover many miles each day to make it to Texas and back so I had to take the interstate.... When you ride at 80 mph the consumption dramatically increases. Reasonably, you could get 50 mpg if you ride at 60 mph and are not an aggressive rider.
Greetings Gus, you have made another fantastic video. I think those new pads are little more softer than old ones and that is also why the old ones lasted so long. I think these new ones will live little shorter. I also agree that Rebel has weak brakes. At least when I compare It with my Vulcan S….. These new pads will solve the problem😉👍. Thanks for your efford and for your new video. I wish you a looooot of miles with those new pads😁👍
Hi Miro, so good to see your message man!! Thank you for your kind words brother, i will keep you updated with the longevity, i'm very surprised the other pads lasted for 19,000 miles / 30,577 KM!
Sorry brother, it took me a while to find the right ones that i wanted bro.... had to call England to find the right ones that will fit the rebel. The other ones are not bad bro, but these are a MUST!
Hey Gus, great video. Questions... 1 why do you ride with your high beams on during the day? 2 what is the device below your display? It has blue, green, and red lights. Thanks
Hi Andrew!! Riding with the high beams on in the day time is a must IMO, it makes the bike more visible to cars, being visible is a big part of being safe. The controller is for my dashcam, it is called Vantrue F1, i have a video about it if you are interested.
Hi James, i predict that they will wear out the rotor faster than the OEM, but it is a non issue for me, a small price to pay for the added stopping power, safety is priceless.
Hi There! I would recommend the metzeler cruisetec tires and for brakes i would recommend either the ones in this video EBC EPFA 700 HH for added stopping power, or EBC FA 700 HH they are similar to the stock pads but much cheaper, mine lasted 19,000 miles!
Hi Anthony, even though it says that they are for the rear, a friend installed them today on the front, they worked perfectly. just as long as the model numbers match up. i did a search and can't find them anywhere else, grad a set before they sell out. i bought mine from dennis kirk but they don't have them anymore....
Hi Julio!!! Thank you for asking this great question!!! I did a poor job addressing this in the video.... These are only available for the front pads.... But, the EBC HH are an improvement on the rear brakes from OEM pads for sure. But the front EBC HH pads were the same as Front OEM Pads. The best brake pads available for the rebel are EBC HH for the rear and EBC EPFA for the front.

Thank you very much for your kind words and encouragement Larry, I'm very grateful! 🙏
Thanks for all your videos and installation
WOW! thank you very much for your generosity Hussein, I am grateful brother! 🙏
ordered them - glad you had such a great ride on the weekend
Hi T!! You were the first to find out about it cause you caught me red handed hahahhahha
they are expensive but I have a feeling they’ll last longer than the HH what do you think
@tkstylem I doubt they will... But the HH surprised me by lasting 19k miles!
Hey Gus, buddy you have to ride that road when the leaves are in full change color for us down here in Florida.
Absolutely!! The plan is to ride out there every weekend to try and experience the best colors, fingers crossed the weather cooperates!
Another great video. I will be adding them this winter.
Thank you George, you will not be disappointed sir!
Looks easy. Great job
Thank you Mike!!!!
Can you write us please fuel consumption in city and in highways ?

Thanks, so the consumption is so so...i expected better numbers for a light bike....around 5,5 liters would be ideal..especially at highway.

@@SLIGHT_ I'm a fan of yours brother!
If the pads "bite" that hard, how much more does it wear the rotor? Are you going to replace the rotor at 40kmiles?
Hi James, i predict that they will wear out the rotor faster than the OEM, but it is a non issue for me, a small price to pay for the added stopping power, safety is priceless.
Looking to replace my tires and brakes. Any recommendations? I mostly my rebel to commute to work and home.

Where did you order your service manual from?
Hi Keith, this is where i got mine from www.helminc.com/helm/product2.asp?class_2=AHC&Sku=61MLA01&itemtype=N
