I don't know if you mentioned it in this video or not but the green tea rinse has been a game changer for me with breakage. My hair barely sheds anymore and even on wash days. And once my hair is dry even when I comb it I have no breakage. Loving it!! Long story short. Retaining length!!!

I am ready for that talk about parabens When I look it up along with sulfates, the results are bad for the skin, eye, and scalp. They say sulfates can lead to scalp irritation along with severe inflammation, and Parabens cause allergic reactions and further worsen dermatitis. Ever since I had Covid, I have been dealing with severe inflammation, and it seems like everything irritates my scalp, including oils. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on them.

Should you do a deep condition the same day as a protein treatment?
I usually don’t unless the protein treatment isn’t super moisturizing like the aphogee 2 step and if it says to use a conditioner before or after 🥰🥰

Can oiling the scalp cause scalp issues in the long run?
I am wearing a tapered cut but you can see the baldness in the crown. Is there something I can put or spray on scalp to hide my scalp.
