@@Jonathan-tb6fm I feel like the whole auto-moto world has gone crazy. There are always folks that will buy anything for any price and manufacturers are aware of that so they are taking an advantage of this.

This dude is living my dream. Fuck a Jeep I want a SAS yoga with a 22r twin cases and 63” rear springs and some beefy shocks. I used to own several 81-85 Toyota pickups and even stock they went damn near everywhere I needed to. Had to leave em behind when I moved back down from Oregon.
I love these 1st gen 4runners. I've owned 3 of them. I recently fully built a 22re with forged internals and slapped a T04E Garrett turbo charger on it running off of a MSPNP 2.0. It absolutely rips now. I haven''t dynod it but I'm pretty sure its making around 200+ WHP. which is more than double the stock of these 22RE motors. They are by far my favorite cars ever made.
I found this 5+ months ago, and then I couldn't find it again. Finally saw an "in case you missed this" ad on my phone's home screen articles tab! Love this. My 2nd gen 4runner has a 22re(very rare for this gen) and this definitely inspires me to keep it toyota. If this engine blows up, I'll go either TDI, 3.4 v6 or maybe a cheap 350 v8 with a little tiny carb to have a ton of torque
I had an 85 4Runner that I built from scratch just basically like the one you've got there except not as narrowed or or chopped. After 2 years of building it and installing the brand new LC engineering race motor I took it out campaigned it all over Tennessee and up the East coast and then when I got back down to Florida I was driving out of the shop about a week after I got back and I spun the main bearing because they hadn't installed the bearing properly and they wouldn't even cover it because it was just over a year after I bought the motor. I ended up losing the truck... I'm hoping someday to be able to get another one and start the build over again
Currently building an 84! Just swapped in my LS! Im running a Th350 and dual cases! Building a ford 9” for the rear as well! I’ve been waiting for a build view like this!!
Hell yea. Not a dirt romper but I'm building a 2wd 89 Yoda drift truck. Forged 22re, FAST fuel rail and garage built conversion, 1100cc injectors, 2 Wally 450s, t3 garrett 3660 w/, ignite e90, welded diff with 4.11 gears and a tremec tko with a stage 3 zoom racing clutch out of my totaled sn197 mustang. I'm finishing all the tube work out back and my ridiculous angle kit out front. Right now I'm at exactly 50/50 weight distribution and it weighs 2490 pounds. I should make close to 400 wheel and around 350 tq. More than enough for this little sled, its gonna be a riot to drive. I have some really good KW coilovers on it and I can bring the ride height up quite a bit so I might have to put some dirt wheels and tires on it and give her a send for America and freedom. I give 'er terra crew, make no mistake about it.
@@cyber_person you think?? Its a little drift rig brother I have 15 inch Watanabes. I think I'm 225/45 r15 if I remember right. I cant upload a picture to the comment thread otherwise I'd show you. Think of a 'Corolla ae86 set up to drift in Japan. Then put a sbsc hilux body on it. That's bridget. Bridget the midget is what I named it. I was thinking 4.11 might be a little too much with a 24 inch tall tire. Only time will tell. I'm finishing it by September for sure, that's when my dad, lil bro, and I are starting our 1450 build. Were using a '87 f150 extended cab short bed. Full tube chassis, I already built the engine, started as a 460 but I bored it over .80 and have a stroker crank bringing it to a 513. Running on E90 with a holley terminator x, 8 into 1 headers, crazy ass trick flow heads that my machinist really went to town on, and the dome pistons were at 12.5:1 compression and it made 720hp at the flywheel with 812 tq. Through the 4L85E were running on 40s were hoping for 500 wheel. That truck were gonna run 5.26s with a gear vendor overdrive. Not sure what the final drive is after that but, you get the idea.
Bikes and 1911s Marlin Crawler was the first company to start making hard core crawling gear for Toyotas. He made them available in 1994. Sure people wheeled them before that. Marlin made Toyota crawling blow up.
Probably speaking about social media popularity and with younger drivers. I know it's most underground and definitely second place in respect to Jeep crawlers.
I follow this build on Instagram, super dope to see how hard this 4runner wheels and yet its daily driven! TOYOTA!!!🤙🏽 I daily my 2rz swapped Toyota and now planning and prepping it for cross country trip to hit all those sweet trails in moab and Colorado!
What is the lowrance system for? Is there a regular transducer mounted somewhere? Where? Is it to tell you clearance? Or do you fish out of the truck?!!
Nice yota bro, seems like we have the same affiction,I have one also it’s a 84 and will never give it up for anything !!! Keep doing the vids ,looking up to see your future vids!!

I drove an 82 toy long bed with a broken intake rocker for like 3 months before I realized there was anything wrong with it. now it has a 1uz with an r151f with dual transfer cases.
If yall wanna see a 85 toy pickup thats as cool if not cooler than that one. Hi me up. 50" of articulation, 18" airshock up front and 3/4 elliptical in the rear. Exo custom bed. So much to list.
This clapped Yota crawler is way cooler than all those $150k RUclips sponsored Jeep builds for sure
Ik! They be recommending kc lights and all this crap. It’s over priced most the of the time! Sometimes we just want what works and play hard!

Very nice 4Runner man love the fact that it's still street legal. I also have a 85 4Runner crawler that's street legal that's way modified as well. 💪👍
