@@eplugplay8409 i gotcha, I had Best buy total tech setup for me and the focus has not been an issue for me? Yea if you need best of the best def consider the upgrade for visual quality on projector with ls series. I game on Oled and love it , but live the large size for movie watching.

Thanks for watching! I was very hesitant on purchasing because of that I had to do a review on it so others can see if it is or is not worth it. *I will say Epson 3800 is so much better after exchanging*
Do you have a high pitched sound on low. I can ignore it but wondering if it’s still there on yours. I’ve found the projector quality to be amazing. Black levels are good enough for sci fi, I can see the details. I have tw 6150 which I think is almost the same without android here in the uk.
I did originally have the tw 7000 but it was way too big. This feels like a good budget projector for ‘4k’ at a reasonable price. Mine was 850 uk pounds.
FYI - I watched the mandalorian season 3 episode 1 on it and it was incredible!
I haven't watched Mandalorian season 3 yet, can't wait to watch it. Ya know, I have a slight hearing disability so it doesn't bother me. I know what you are talking about but when the volume is high nobody can hear the projector. I really love the way Interstellar looks like on this projector. Imax movies in general look great on this! I recently got my Epson 3800 and the blacks are much better that I expected! I will explain why i upgraded in my next video. Thanks for tuning in!
Thanks for your reply. I tried upgrading to the equivalent of the 3800’s slightly cheaper brother the 3200. I found that the 2350 handles motion so much better. Horrible judder on the 3200/tw7000
@Family Weston this is interesting observation! What content do you normally watch? Streaming or Bluray? I find for streaming you don't get the same pop you would from a bluray and haven't noticed motion issues on 3800. Image interpolation can probably help at the low setting when watching movies. There is a cinematic judder that I noticed on both, but didn't bother me to much. Let me know if you come up w a solution to improve the motion?

Hey! Thanks for the Comment! I believe I answered this on a different video, but I think this is a great projector and if you getting instead of epson 3800 I think u will enjoy it! (Especially for 4k bluray with upscalinf) but Epson 3800 is a great choice for black levels and contrast! I think this one might be better at gaming though as I put lag is slightly higher on 3800.
Hello, talking about gaming does it have 20ms only in game mode? I wish to know if in game mode is possible to tweak the sharpening lowering the values to zero. Or if the game mode can not be tweaked if input lag is good also with user presets. Thx
Hello, you have to change the mode of the projector from Cinema to Fast (Image processing) which is the game mode. I found if you leave it on Cinema, input lag was still not too bad. I didn't measure it, but if you aren't playing a fast pace game, it shouldn't be a problem. There are no presets unfortunately. One thing I did not test out is if the Recievers game mode canh
I know my Marantz 6013 you can adjust the input lag. Hope this helps!

Hello, I have looked all over the Epson 2350 instructions and did not find any bluetooth connectivity? However on the Epson 3800, you would have to find •HDMI LINK• option in the menu, from there you can choose output by selecting audio out and the option for bluetooth should be there? But as i mentioned i found it in the 3800. Walmart does sell wireless hdmi transmitter which might work, you can find for about 60 bucks. Hope this helps!
WHAT DISTANCE FROM THE WALL IS THE OPTIMAL DISTANCE FOR VIEWING? AND, WHAT SIZE DISPLAY AT THAT DISTANCE?
Hello! Thanks for the question. For the setup in the video, I used about 10 foot distance at 110 inch screen. The throw distance is pretty generous for these long throw epson projectors. The bigger the screen the worst it looks. I found 110 inch is pretty good for my setup (will upgrade to 120 inch soon!) Hope this helps! Stay tuned). I imagine 8 to 10 feet is ideal for this type of prijector.
I have two of the same proyector, but sometimes the proyector turn off for no reason, I want to know if you have the same issues?
Luckily, I have not experienced any issues on my end, it could be a defective model maybe?

As long as its dark it will look decent, you wont get deep blacks, but it would look decent. If there is a little light, it may still look pretty good since its a super bright projector .
Hey thanks for the video. What about if I want to switch my sound to a receiver? I tried hooking up the arc hdmi to the receiver, and nothing happened. The sound is still going out from the projector. Any advice for this, please?
On Epson 2350, you going Hdmi arc to hdmi arc on receiver?? If its not working you may have to enable it ok the epson itself? What kind of reciever?
@@FernandoCandelario Denon AVR-X2800H. I have the link HDMI on and the audio out device on AV System.
@@wo6698 make sure that the projectors HDMI CEC setting is set to on, and make sure its on HDMI 2 on the 2350 projector. Possible setting showing external speakers could be needed to enable. Hope this helps!!
Great review! I heard that lamp projectors like this one has a certain amount of hours lifespan. When it runs out do you have to get a brand new projector or replace the bulb on these things?
With the Epson’s like the 3800 and 2350, you can replace the bulb and filter. So the good news is you can just buy a bulb. I have not had it long enough to purchase another yet.

@@chadwilliams6026 i recommend to buy now at a place like Best Buy and get the guaranteed price match within 15 days, otherwise you may miss out on the best price.
@@FernandoCandelario Hey my man one last question, I decided to get it today on a cypher Monday deal from best buy. I tried getting an answer from best buy representative about when the light goes out, where can I get the light because best buy doesn’t sell it… they seem they couldn’t give me an answer. They kept saying if i get the warranty they can send the projector to the manufacturer and tell me whats wrong with it. Which is not necessarily connected to my question. I dont planning on purchasing warranty by the way. I will just pay whatever i have to pay in the future for them to fix it. But do you know where maybe I can purchase the light?
@@chadwilliams6026 great question Chad, all likelihood you will have to get it from a 3rd party or Amazon.com, that would be my recommendation. Best Buy normally doesnt sell accessories for projectors unfortubately! It is my favorite tv and electronics store next to Amazon. You could also try Crutchfield maybe?
How do you get 120hz on 1080p? I try with xbox Series X and it stuck to 60hz..
Thats a great question! I believe you have to setup to fast image processing and i believe u have to make sure 4k enhancement is set to off.
@@FernandoCandelario i tried everything and still not have the option to push 120hz .. and by the way i disable HDR on my firestick and you right the image quality is way better ! Thanks for the tips

Thank you for watching! I have not used the Bluetooth features, however the good news is... you can connect Bluetooth audio device to it! Can't tell you how good the quality would be when streaming audio? Hope that helps!

Every time I start gaming on this machine using my Xbox series x it reverts back to home screen any ideas on why this might be happening? I switched out the HDMI cables and it still happens
Just to clarify, the projector goes to home screen or console?
If it is projector, it could be interference withe the default dongle in other hdmi and maybe the source is confused? I recommend plugging console into receiver and the projector arc to hdmi out on receiver. That should clear up any problems.

I use HDMi to arc on my projector, your other optiobs are bluetooth or aux cable

I have a Epson 4050 the blacks are decent and the 3D works pretty good, I use Epson 3D glasses. The Epson UB (Ultra Blacks) models has better blacks but it's going to cost a little bit more.
Thanks for the feedback! I did upgrade to Epson 3800 since there was a price error at Best Buy. I'm happy with the black levels on that one (3d is great too)

@retroforce6919 Dude I really wanted the higher model Epson like the 4010 or 4050ub, but I was priced out... eventually in a couple years I may take the plunge on better black level projector.

OLEDs make me sick for gaming long hours they all flicker and are too bright, I have the new LG 27 OLED and it's too bright at 0% brightness and it flicker dims every 5ms which makes me sick.

No good for me then. My Optoma 1080Hdr is 1080p, 8.4 ms response, 120 resfresh rate, 3800 lumens and it's a short throw($800 when I bought it ). Mine has bad black levels too so that makes this no better to me. Lol.
I have not tried the Optoma, but here pros and cons on it, def better for the price, I have no doubt! I couldn't get over the poor black levels on this Epson 2350 😞

@Shane Adams I'm loving it, black levels are great! I played a bit in it and it was tolerable (but I game on a tv) For movies and 4k streaming, it does a fantastic job! You can see the difference from 2350 to the 3800 and you can def see a difference in black levels and contrast!
you can get a 75 inch Samsung 4k tv for 999$ which has a way better picture than this projector and you don't have to worry about rplacing the bulb lolol. bulb replacement would just give me anxiety waiting for the projector bulb to stop working lolol its so stupid. a tv will last over 60,000 hours
I absolutely agree, any 75 inch tv will perform better, however if u are watching 4k movies , projector is amazing!! First everything else tv!!
Replacement bulbs are about $25 dollars. The ability to service a projector like this every few years puts it above any disposable 75” tv.
