Haha! Well hopefully that’s a good addiction to have :) thanks so much for your support and glad your enjoyed my videos. Which one is your favorite so far?
I used the same total boat epoxy to redo the galley counters in my sailboat. I was surprised at how well it held up, but it's been a couple of years and it still looks great.
Great to hear Oleg and I fully agree with the positive music. Exactly why I LOVE this song at the end. Gotta celebrate after the completion of each project right?! haha. Thanks for subscribing as well. Greatly appreciated.
I've heard that total boat epoxy does not have a very long working time, so would it be hard to do kitchen countertops without it curing/ getting stiff too quick with the effects like you have maybe even more.?
It does harden up quicker then other types of their epoxies but you still have a lot of time to work with it. If it’s a larger kitchen project I would plan on doing it in sections. One slab section bs doing them all at the same time. Hope that helps Jessica and thanks so much for watching.
***sees reveal and looks at caulk*** "Missed a spot!" Sorry, couldn't resist, LOL...did you replace the sink or repair it? Love the veining and the blurring
Is this a project I could do as a complete novice to epoxy? Also, i have a laminate countertop with a few burn marks that took off quarter sized top layer.
In all honesty Michelle I’m not a novice with epoxy but I’m sure that anyone can take this project on if they wanted to. Like I said in the video, the coloring is very forgiving and even if you make a mistake you can always cover it up or smooth it out. Hope you enjoyed the video and thanks for watching.
When we started letting ours cure, the next morning we saw it dripped more over the edges overnight even though it seemed fine before bed. It also creates some ripples/bumps because of this. Seemed like it wasn't drying as fast as it should have. Any advice for this? Our top theories are maybe we didn't mix it thoroughly enough or maybe we mixed in the wrong order? We primed our bathroom counter before hand but we aren't sure if any primer works or if it has to be more specific. Do I need to sand the primer after it dries if i have a granite countertop?
Looks amazing!! Quick question, is the blowtorch optional or is it a must? I am doing this to my kitchen and I am terrified of using a blowtorch on it haha.
The sinks in both of my bathrooms are that cultured material with the scalloped sink made into the counter top, all one piece. Would I be able to use this on that, including the scalloped sinks? The one in the master is cream with brown marbling and the other is cream with yellow, so they never look clean. EDIT: I looked at the Amazon page and it doesn't look like it will work. Does anyone know of any cost-effective options that would work? We're looking at doing a refresh (paint the dark paneling and replace the old vinyl) soon and waiting to do the full reno.
Hi Brad. thanks for the comment and the update. Is there a reason why they are saying it won't work? Thanks so much for watching and your support though :)
Not quite sure what you are talking about epoxy at the very end but it is all total boat table top epoxy. I have provided a link in the description for all of the materials that I used. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching
Well you certainly don't want to eat it or breath it in if your sanding it. However, for this project we didn't do any sanding and the product is very low VOC so I didn't even need a mask to pour all of this epoxy. Thanks for watching and hope you enjoyed the video.
I thought this was gonna look terrible. It ended up looking nice. Great job.
Not going to lie, when adding the pigment it did not look good but after it cured it looked 10 times better. Great job.
Haha I completely understand and agree Stefan. Thanks for watching and sticking through it.
I am literally addicted to your channel...Thank u

I'm tryin haha! Thanks so much for watching and subscribing Kendell. It is greatly appreciated.
Just realized that in your newer videos, you have painted the cabinets a blue color:)
Love it 💕
Before adding the black and gold pigment, did you have to let the white epoxy fully dry?
Is this a project I could do as a complete novice to epoxy? Also, i have a laminate countertop with a few burn marks that took off quarter sized top layer.

You need heat to release bubbles.
A heat gun would work

What is the clear epoxy you add at the very end?
Not quite sure what you are talking about epoxy at the very end but it is all total boat table top epoxy. I have provided a link in the description for all of the materials that I used. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching
This is $150 for this size?
Well here silicone is properly used.
What about the dust
Is epoxy toxic?
