Thank you coach Mandy. Being consistently waiting every Thursday for your video upload from past one year & practicing it. The things I have understand w r t freestyle breathing are ( I still struggle with breathing)
    1. Swimming is sport of balance, To find sweet spot, where your legs won’t splay comes by making our body more Hydrodynamic. ( In my case, the latest video of your a month or two months back, to tread with breast stroke kick improved my level of comfort with water in freestyle)
    2. Often Head position is a key focus, considering each individual is different. Those with body alignment with forward neck, should be working on tucking their chin little closer while rotating the body for side breathing might improve.
    3. Start rotate the body to the left in case we are wanted breath left while when finger tips of right hand entering might enhance the chances of breathing in the pocket by giving cushion time to adjust neck & chin alignment till new swimmers finds the sweet spot of well balanced Hydrodynamic position.
Sciatic Nerve pinch pushed me to swimming. But Its a blessing, that I find swimvice channel. You keeping inspiring me Coach. Thank you very much.

The voice at the beginning sounds like AI, gives me anxiety, the voice over is ok.
