I agree with your take on the "analog" experience of driving . Having grown up with series 2 , 3 and 110 Landrovers and now also driving a Jimny , I have always liked the feel and sense of the suspension working , a less than perfect gearshift for the unwary and a noticable engine sound.

Yes, of course, because the car comes standard with factory rear seats. Which you can keep. All 4-door and 5-door Suzuki Jimny 4X4s are sold as 4-seaters. In these conversions, it's customers who opted for rear seats to be removed.
That would be too much expensive work. And why would you want to do that in a car driven in "keep left" roads, unless you are planning to export the car? Then it would be better and cheaper just to buy a left hand model in countries where it's manufactured as a left hand model already, and people drive on the right hand side of the road. Also keeps it legit.
Get the 5 door Jimmy that Suzuki is bringing and tune that. Now you will not have too much to do in looking for or fitting rear seats as the 5 door will have the rear seats. India already have them on their roads
