Just found your channel and am binging on your vids. Some amazing recipes, and new ideas that I haven’t seen with other Keto food vloggers! One pro tip. Swerve is expensive AF. So you can just by bulk granulated erythritol and throw it in a good processor to make it confectioners.
I actually make mine with just 3 ingredients 1. Strawberries 2. Ice 3. Almond milk It may taste too plain/bland for people but I actually like it So I made this even better -Frozen berries of ur choice -half n half -heavy whipping cream -2 to 3 spoons of confectioners swerve or other keto friendly sweeteners I made this on accident and it was like a tasty smoothie Ps. Dont add too much half n half nor whipping cream because then it'll be more liquidy instead add more frozen fruits so the consistency is thicker

I think the only difference between a smoothie and a milkshake is that a milkshake is generally ice cream based and smoothies generally are fruit or veggie based, this looks like the best of both worlds, looks amazing!

I made a delicious strawberry 🍓 milkshake today. It’s Very simple to make. Frozen strawberry 🍓 add some light cream, water, cream cheese. Blend them together. It tastes very nature. No sugar or chemical added. You will get Nature pink colour from strawberry No need for food colour.

Hi Joe, I made mine with: 2 or 3 Fresh strawberries, 1 or 2 Tbsps of Coconut Cream, 1Tbsp of Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 scoop of Collagen Peptides, 1 Tbsp MCT Oil, 10-15 drops of Liquid Stevia, and 8 to 16 oz of Almond milk (made some for me and my daughter because I’m a generous person 😃) on the rocks and it was mmm,mmm,mmm Delish!! 😋😋😋❤️

Smoothies are made from real fruit vegetables and yoghurt milk ice-cream milkshake are made of flavourings colouring sugar stuff like that a smoothie is supposed to be a whole food healthy blend milkshake are all rubbish usually anyway lol
Oh my goodness y’all 🤤 this was so good I am compelled to comment. I tweaked it as some of us do hah! The things I changed were I added 2 1/2 - 3 TBS of confectioners swerve instead of 1 to make it super sweet. Then I added 1/4th tsp of vanilla extract since I had the unflavored protein powder. Lastly I don’t have greek yogurt so I added about 1/2 cup of the protein powder. Thanks Joe! I’m quite satisfied here in hot Texas!
Thanks, Joe! This recipe is so versatile; I use it as a base for other smoothies as well. All I have to do is switch out the strawberries for blueberries, kale, or chocolate and my favorite nut butter. Thanks, again for all you do.

Then put splash of sugar free Almond milk splash of Heavy Whipping cream, 1 tbs of Swerve sugar substitute, 2 scoops of Creamy Vanilla ISOpure zero carb protein powder.Know pour the coffee into the blender mix it up and holly crap good.Inspired by this video thanks bro

Be careful. Regular Milk is full of carbs. So is regular yogurt.
