      Much better option than the real strawberry shake I gave into a couple of weeks back. Raised my blood sugar so much my monitor was just showing hi! Yeah not again!

    Just found your channel and am binging on your vids. Some amazing recipes, and new ideas that I haven’t seen with other Keto food vloggers!
    One pro tip. Swerve is expensive AF. So you can just by bulk granulated erythritol and throw it in a good processor to make it confectioners.

    I actually make mine with just 3 ingredients
    1. Strawberries
    2. Ice
    3. Almond milk
    It may taste too plain/bland for people but I actually like it
    So I made this even better
    -Frozen berries of ur choice
    -half n half
    -heavy whipping cream
    -2 to 3 spoons of confectioners swerve or other keto friendly sweeteners
    I made this on accident and it was like a tasty smoothie
    Ps. Dont add too much half n half nor whipping cream because then it'll be more liquidy instead add more frozen fruits so the consistency is thicker

      Thanks Dustin, I"ve never understood RUclipsrs that make it so hard to find the recipe written out. Great to watch except when in the kitchen. I have to hand write all of Joe's recipes down. His website is so ad pop-up you can't search or read anything on it without a block. I don't take my electronics in the kitchen.

      Be careful. Regular Milk is full of carbs. So is regular yogurt.

      @@sandijohnson4630 When I learned that something like Milk and yogurt that "seemed" as if it should be relativity low carb but wasn't, it made me realize that anything could be high in carbs. Now I check out everything that I am not 100% sure of.

    Just made this it’s a little weak and I followed the recipe except for plain almond milk and plain protein powder (added vanilla extract to compensate) needs a little more strawberry flavor. Maybe more strawberry extract is needed? But the consistency is awesome, like a good shake or smoothie.

    Hi joe. Can you break down how u got 4 carbs for this? Just the 2oz of heavy whipping cream is 4. Plus strawberries are 4. Then add 1 for yogurt. I’m confused.

    So this and some of your other recipes look more like science projects than food. New to being keto but this is just crazy adding food colouring to a smoothie?! And strawberry extract? Wtf. The strawberry on its own should be enough 🤦‍♀️

    I think the only difference between a smoothie and a milkshake is that a milkshake is generally ice cream based and smoothies generally are fruit or veggie based, this looks like the best of both worlds, looks amazing!

    everything looked great until you added the strawberry extract. There's no way I'll be getting that here, so I guess I'll have to get the extra carbs with extra strawberries. I love watching youtube for ideas, but once in a while I come across fun recipes with ingrediens I just don't have access to, so I've got to find other ways :p

    I made a delicious strawberry 🍓 milkshake today. It’s Very simple to make. Frozen strawberry 🍓 add some light cream, water, cream cheese. Blend them together. It tastes very nature. No sugar or chemical added. You will get Nature pink colour from strawberry No need for food colour.

    Why don't you ad the recipe below the video? I know some aren't very long, but having to go back & rewatch to get the ingreds & quantities? Since you're adding all the other details, like equipment used & nutrition, seems it wouldn't take much to add the ingreds & amounts. Be a lot easier for those of us interested in trying out the item ... and would make me want to subscribe for more.

    Hi Joe, I made mine with: 2 or 3 Fresh strawberries, 1 or 2 Tbsps of Coconut Cream, 1Tbsp of Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 scoop of Collagen Peptides, 1 Tbsp MCT Oil, 10-15 drops of Liquid Stevia, and 8 to 16 oz of Almond milk (made some for me and my daughter because I’m a generous person 😃) on the rocks and it was mmm,mmm,mmm Delish!! 😋😋😋❤️

    My smoothies, low fat lactose free yogurt, few strawberries, half a banana, one kiwi, one orange, Handful of pineapple and one teaspoon of Kia seeds. It taste absolutely delicious, no additives no weird whey powders, no almond milk, no whipped cream, no sugar supplements, no fake colorants. Just fresh fruit and yogurt that’s how you make a a smoothie mate

    Smoothies are made from real fruit vegetables and yoghurt milk ice-cream milkshake are made of flavourings colouring sugar stuff like that a smoothie is supposed to be a whole food healthy blend milkshake are all rubbish usually anyway lol

    Oh my goodness y’all 🤤 this was so good I am compelled to comment. I tweaked it as some of us do hah! The things I changed were I added 2 1/2 - 3 TBS of confectioners swerve instead of 1 to make it super sweet. Then I added 1/4th tsp of vanilla extract since I had the unflavored protein powder. Lastly I don’t have greek yogurt so I added about 1/2 cup of the protein powder. Thanks Joe! I’m quite satisfied here in hot Texas!

    Thanks, Joe! This recipe is so versatile; I use it as a base for other smoothies as well. All I have to do is switch out the strawberries for blueberries, kale, or chocolate and my favorite nut butter. Thanks, again for all you do.

    Ok guys n girls i have made a recipe of my own check it out coffee(your choice)+Butter and MCT oil 1 tbs each let sit. Then put splash of sugar free Almond milk splash of Heavy Whipping cream, 1 tbs of Swerve sugar substitute, 2 scoops of Creamy Vanilla ISOpure zero carb protein powder.Know pour the coffee into the blender mix it up and holly crap good.Inspired by this video thanks bro
