@vanessadesire7 The truth is that as Christians we're all the same. Galatians 3:28 New King James Version 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
@@Diana-xm1dm as a church absolutely, does that mean all our callings and purposes are the same? Absolutely not. We were all made with distinct talents, abilities, and callings here on this earth. And since the Bible does NOT contradict itself, we know that now women’s calling by God is to become a pastor over a church. Leader in women’s ministry? Sure. Advocate for Church missions? Could be. There are even women with ability to be prophetic and have all kinds of gifts. BUT God says through Paul that women are not to have leadership over men or a flock that includes men, period.
Cory, you’re absolutely correct. My husband is a pastor and he’s always said EXACTLY what you’ve said according to scripture. Bless the Lord for you and your family. ❤️
It’s really not about the ability or lack of ability, women are clearly able to preach and teach God’s word; it’s about the order of authority that God has established, and we should obey that. Authority *over* men in church is what Paul prohibited.
1 Timothy 2:12 KJV - But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. Women cannot be pastors/teachers. Period
Amen, 11 yrs ago my mother who was an evangelist wanted me to move back home and start a Ministry with her but she wanted me to be Pastor and she would co Pastor. I know it was The Holy Spirit speaking through me when I told her I didn't believe women could be Pastors. I felt like it was against God's ordained gender roles. God, man, woman and children. I didn't know any scriptures that would justify my answer at the time. My mother passed a yr later and the enemy has held that over my head that if I had moved back home and started a Church with my mom that she would have lived longer. Thank you for confirmation that I heard from The HOLY Spirit. The lie of the enemy has been broken Tonight. Also, Dec 1st was her 10th yr anniversary for leaving her earthly body. 🙏🙏🙏...now I can run this race with the baton she handed down with my head a Lil higher but low enough to stay humble.
First I'm sorry for the lost of you're mother she is now in the loving embrace of God. Was your mother upset when you told her that women couldn't be pastors?
Aww, I'm glad the Lord spoke to your heart... Nothing should get between the love of a mother and her daughter. Now you can look back on your relationship and know that the love between you was unsullied. May the Lord bless you, my sister.
Woman of God this is a powerful testimony and please share it as often as you can. your mom made sure you were covered in the Word and therefore able to stand on the Word.
@@kvelez yes He sure does but not to preach or teach or usurp authority over a man. They can be a church mother when they get ti a certain and also prophetess
The answer is absolutely "NO". I recently had this discussion with a family member . She argued that there are groups of people who do not have a man to pastor and lead, then godly women take that position. I didn't tell her that if they don't have a man to pastor then they need to meet and pray for a true man of God to be sent by him to pastor the flock. When we ignore the word of God, defy it, then we are asking for trouble .
Amen, but we still have to Discern, Test and Judge Righteously so we are not led astray by False Teachings. Corey is Teaching once save always save and the men Pastors are not challenging him, where is MacAthur and Voddie who for years told the flock differently. So Corey is right that's why you are not challenging him.
Man the head woman the helper in the church in the home of a man and a woman who is Marry ,if she is a Marry A Christian woman her head is Christ Jesus and her husband,,,,! if she is not marry her head is Christ Jesus!
I will stick with God’s Word. It says No. It is not about ability but the sovereign will of God as to the structure of the Church. He is perfect and holy and knows what’s best. Not us.
AMEN. They keep trying to do what GOD SAID NO to....it is obvious NOT ONE EXAMPLE IN THE BIBLE..... Yet these weak men want women PREACHING and pastoring. It is wrong.
I sat in a church with a female "pastor" (and female "elders") for a decade. Too many red flags to list here. Thank God for giving me access to truth, settling this matter in my heart, and getting me up out of there.
Amen to the teaching. Some years ago God revealed to me that women were not permitted to preachers. I spoke to my husband about it and he didn't seem to mind being under a woman deacon. I took a stand for the word of God, and left the church.
No he didn't. I made a personal one because it's my soul that I will be judged by through obedience or disobedience to God according to what is written.
The question is what god were you listening to? People think they are hearing the voice of god. They are not. It is their own thinking. Plenty women in the bible were in ministry,
You're Absolutely correct, however in speaking the truth, Don't apologize !!! it's not necessary. Too many times have I heard from female preachers they were called? I see alot of seminary graduates. In the world we're living in everyone claims to be right, deception, misinformation, out right lying appears to be acceptable behavior. That's why Christ Jesus will return and all the division in churches, behavior will be eliminated. One King
Amen, that's actually being a respecter of persons as if their feelings are a higher priority than God's truth! All Christian's will accept correction, as the Word of God so says!
I just don't understand why women don't understand that we cannot be pastors?! Even I that am a baby Christian understand.....if they believe the bible then it has to be ALL of it.
It's just the women it as also to be with some wicked men who know that the females have a zeal to want to obey GOD'S words and precepts as according to the bible but those women don't know the scriptures so the wicked men who is of the devil seduces them with prosperity, positioning in the church, and then use them as puppet to trick others in the church by leading them astray from the true words and twist it to suit themselves by giving the women promotions so its like the holy scriptures said the blind leading the blind both will fall in the ditch which is hell so we have to be vigilant in this wicked world that is full of wolf's in sheep's clothing
GodBlessU. That's good, except for a thing. Why follow some of the Bible but not all of the Bible. The 7th Day is to commemorate God's creation of the Heavens and the Earth. And symbolizes eternal rest in Heaven for God's people. In AD. 321 the Roman Empire abolished the 7th Day Sabbath (Saturday) and replaced it with Sunday worship. Sunday is the day the Pagans honor their sun-god. Jesus rose the day after the Sabbath, making Sunday the first day of the week. Jesus' resurrection should be celebrated on Resurrection Day. In the Old Testament it was already prophesied that first fruit would be waved on the day after the Sabbath. The beast changed God's appointed laws and Feasts (Daniel 7:25) and the people seem to love it that way. Revelation 13:8- All inhabitants will follow the beast-- GodBlessU!!!
I suspect for the same reason they don't understand they aren't the head of a household. I'm not being sarcastic I'm really serious. We can look in our (black) community and see it's not working. Pastor's aren't doing anybody a favor by not keeping it biblical. I love Godly women and learned some valuable lessons but leadership (pastor) is a different issue.
For women who say women can't teach in the church need to read the book Judith also forget about Rebecca. Plus to dispell all this nonsense with women can't teach in the church you have go into history and find how the man at time was becoming sexes and they felt women need to talk. That is why in the old testament it don't say nothing of the sorts like that
Yes this is Kingdom order....in a household the man is the head and it is the same in leadership of a ministry...its the male who covers not the female..unfortunately alot of men are out of alignment and women tend to take the role that they shouldnt be fulfilling
I write this with the greatest Respect. God established His structure where men were, in the sense of authority, the head. The majority of the Bible and its prophets, Kings, leaders were men, not women. Equally the women have their authority in the home over the family affairs and order. A spirit that says that women have an equal right in the Leadership in the Church, is not necessarily from God. With the greatest respect I write.
I am a 45 year old mother of 21 and 19 year old girls. My girls can do ANY job in this world that they want to do- EXCEPT PREACH GOSPEL TO MIXED GROUPS. Women have been given the duty to teach younger women how to grow to be a Godly woman. Holding a women's Bible group, counseling other women and teaching a child's Sunday School class (with the exception of catechetical instruction- I was raised very strict word of God Evangelical Lutheran) are all works in the church women are called by God to do. Play an instrument, sing in choir, organize church dinners, organize Christmas plays and Vacation Bible School-volunteer all over the church wherever and whenever they feel the call to do so. I agree with you on your views of this doctrinal issue. Jesus had and still does have a very special place in His heart for women and children. And an amazing loving respect for us as well. There are reasons that God has structured His people in this way and whether we understand it or not, or whether it tickles the ears of our modern earthly sechular thinking just doesn't matter! Any woman who is offended is not really understanding and needs to go to God in prayer for clarity. Thank-you for your truthful and thoughtful video on the subject. God Bless 🥰
Women CAN preach the gospel, but to unbelievers, other women and children. There is no argument except the ONE forbidden fruit that many still seek. I have no idea why a woman wants to have the burden men and husbands are to carry spiritually. I fear God in the walk I am called to do. If my wife decided to go her own way, it will her choice of being submitted to me as onto the Lord. I will have to answer to God what I did as a covering over my family. The woman is not built for this. They are called to always have a covering. Younger, it should be the father. Married will be her husband. Widow will be the church. She is always covered unless she chooses to walk apart from it. The Scriptures even justify that the older women teach the YOUNGER WOMEN to love their husbands and children or to prepare them for this. This isn't done anymore.
as a young woman believer, this is so messed up. so women can’t tell men to behave and can’t “take on their burden” but old men apparently know everything about womens and girls burdens? i feel terrible for every christian woman who lives like this, and i pray that my future husband will not have these views. disgraceful
@@jewel52525 You can view Scripture as distasteful as you wish but by doing so, one takes away from the beauty that God gave women. Women can PREACH to the world the gospel but they cannot TEACH to men. Paul gives those reasons in Timothy. Scripture also teaches that the older women are to teach the younger women how to love their husbands and children, which I see is no longer utilized in American Churches. As a husband and father, I can attest the burdens and judgments men face being an authority and covering over his family. Those burdens are not easily carried at times while, at the same time, carrying my own cross to bear. Presenting my wife to be blameless before the Lord can be difficult when grudges are held. You can either view Scripture, in relation to male/female by either complementarianism or egalitarianism. One is side by side, each accordingly or working separately. Trust me, if I could pass my responsibilities on to the woman and let her do as she wills, I would. I don't seek to be a mother or wife, I'm not equipped for that call. I neither have the ability for childbearing, which God gave to women specifically and are blessed just for that. It is sad that many seek after things that God has not called them to do, men and women alike. One reason the church is messed up. Too many want to pluck the fruit from that one tree we cannot eat from.
@@n9wff I agree and I'm a Woman, God just wants to make our lives better, I put all my feelings aside when it comes to that truth. My marriage has been better for it. @@Randa_T. All Christian are to evangelize the gospel of God but in the , The four walls the church is built on authority which is not given to the women. But when she leaves the church group it would not be out of order for her to do so if there is a problem with that part out of the church . Jesus told the women at the well to go.
Been under female pastor before. It was a nightmare for me as a family woman with our whole family in church. I had to leave with the kids before my husband finally saw fit to leave a year after I did. With all we went through in our marriage, I probably would have had a severe nervous breakdown dealing with discovery of his long term painful infidelity, had we not already left to be at a church where there was sound teaching under strong males leading, when I found out.
I actually DID have a nervous breakdown right in the middle of a service. It was a woman overseerer who controlled everything including the families. It took 2 yrs to see this and when I did, I broke down and it was ugly. It’s been a long time since I’ve been out but the PTSD is still very present.

Thanks for teaching straight from the Pastoral Scripture, Timothy and Titus. The Bible should not be changed to go along with the ways of the world/culture.
IM sticking with the Scriptures It said a MAN of One Wife and that a woman should remain silent. Just because a women has the ability doesn't mean she should. Obedient is better than sacrifice. 😇🥰

my wife doesnt want to understand that aspect. She is attending a different church from the one i attend, and the church is being pastored by a woman. She said, God is blessing her more in that church. But i cant see the blessings. I dont think God will want division in a family.
I'm not upset, I think women pastoring at any church is a good barometer for deciding if a church is bibically sound... If I see a church has women listed as pastors I know I do not have to research further, I can excluded them. I agree if you compromise on one issue then you will compromise on others. I notice how easily these churches will fall under pressure on other issues...
1 Corinthians 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints. 1 Corinthians 14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted to them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also said the law. 1 Corinthians 14:35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church. 1 Corinthians 14:36 What? came the word of God out from you? or came it to you only? 1 Corinthians 14:37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write to you are the commandments of the Lord. 1 Corinthians 14:38 But if any man be ignorant, let him be IGNORANT.
A friend and I had an intense discussion about this subject. My church was in the process of getting a new pastor. She asked me if it were a woman would I be okay with that and I told her I absolutely would not. I would never be able to invite my male family to the church to sit under a woman. God created an order. People have told me I should be a preacher but God never told me that. I know and recognize the consequences of not following the order of God. I do not need to have authority over men because of my experiences in life. Women sit down! The church finds all kinds of reasons to justify this wrong. I have heard many say that God used women and He has , but you cannot find one example of Him placing a woman in authority over the church.
I agree. Last week while getting council from my church the leader over the school of ministry asked me to enroll and consider going into ministry. I told him I didn't believe women should be pastors, elders of Bishop's and couldn't find scriptures to backup his request. He didn't respond
So I came out with this at my church….. did not go down well. I might as well have said I love Hitler. I hate that even in Christian circles basic Christian doctrine is taboo…
Thank you brother for your presentation! You answered the question with boldness and stated women cannot be pastors according to scripture. People want to twist the scriptures to fit their narrative. According to scripture even some men do not qualify. Keep up the good work and may God get the glory.
Rightly interpreting the Holy Scriptures is vital to sound doctrine. Some have erred from the truth by adding and taking away from the engrafted word of God...
I attended a church for almost two years ago with a female pastor and everything you've just stated, was true. Everything became out of order to the point they took almost everything out of its context as it pertained to the Word of GOD. It was getting way out of hand where the women clergy were usurping their authority over men and giving themselves titles that were neither in the five (5) fold ministry for a woman to hold nor even a man. It became so out of hand, that they were out of order on so many spiritual aspects that pertains to the Word of GOD. Well, needless to say, I left at the turn of this year and I vowed never to join a church like that ever again.
It is amazing to me how men say things about women not preaching. Yet women outnumber men in the church 10 to one. The first person Jesus went to after The Resurrection was Mary Madeline. He could have appeared to any man. He could have appeared to the ones he did miracles for. No he appeared to Mary. And sent her to tell The Disciples. She was the sent one. My sister is A Pastor. They are on fire for god. 24 years.
@@kimberlystrong1912 Gods word is clear that women should never be pastors. For your sister to ignore scripture anyways is deeply troubling to her approach to the Bible. Sounds more like your leaning on your own understanding than trusting what God has said. It may not make sense to you, but trust that God has a plan and us following it will bring about the most good.
@@kimberlystrong1912 I’m not a Calvinist either. This is one area I agree with them with. If Paul through inspiration of the Holy Spirit refused to have women be pastors, why should we be so arrogant to think we know better and go against that?
There is a big difference between pastoring and preaching there is also a difference between what God desires and what Paul desires read the scriptures in context and as for the garden the husband is the head of the wife Adams biggest mess up was that he did not teach eve God's command
The world is ever changing, but His word still remains the same. I'm old school, sick and tired of ppl trying to add to or take away from His word. Just going to let the Holy Spirit continue to guide me. Totality agree with you.
Please show me where it was mentioned in the Bible, that God said women shouldn’t be a pastors, I’m not a pastor and I’m not trying to be, but if God call me to it, I surrender to him. I’m his creations, he can do whatever he want with me and to whomever MALE OR FEMALE. You said God is not the authors of confusion, of which you are right. So in Joel 2:28 when it said your sons and daughters shall prophesy, isn’t that speaking? So if women are to be silence then why are they prophesying? Then they are not silence. Because the whole argument is surrender, women should be silence, so when Joel said their son and daughter shall prophesy, clearly show they are not silence. Go back to these verses again and read, ask the Holy Spirit to help you understand and see the context of which what Paul was saying; if he make any direct statements about women not preaching and let me know. Many Churches had created their own religious rules just to confuse the Scripture and misleads God children. I’m so great full for the many women that God is using past and present, even from Bible days.
@@wordsofjames then I can say the same to you as well. The word preaching wasn’t mentioned, that Paul saying women should be silence, means God can’t use a woman to preach. Is your doctrine not God. Like I said, these verse about women being silence, had nothing to do with the calling of God. Remember is about God not us. Have a bless. You don’t have to agree, neither do I. The calling of God had nothing to do with Gender base.
My sister is your belief and man made Doctrine. Show me where in the Bible, that it said women shouldn’t preach? Is your ideology, not God. You can’t tell God, who to use, and who he can’t use. The calling of God had nothing to with Gender. If your church practice it, which is wrong, is your own doctrine, not God. God can use anyone, to do whatever, if he chose to use a female, we are his clay. Ladies if God call you to preach, go ahead, just make sure he call you. Don’t let anyone created by God to stop you. Be about your father business. Believe what you want, but women being silence, Paul wasn’t talking about God can not use a female to preach. Father whatever way you want to use me, go ahead. Is about God not us. If a female preaching, wining soul for Christ, bringing the lost to his kingdom, I’m here for it. Have a bless day
This used to be a stubbling block for me but not really anymore. I am glad to be a woman that's who God made me to be and it makes sense that i am not called to be a pastor because o see it more as Gods protection. Teachers and those in authority have so much responsibility and will be judged more harshly James 3:1. I need to start praying for pastors and those in authority more.
That is a good question what can a man do that a woman can't do? Well biblically speaking a woman can't be a shepherd because any shepherd that is leading a flock is always a man. In scripture Jesus says I am the good shepherd. He also said If I be lifted up I will draw all men unto me. This is a shepherd leading his flock. So a pastor is also a shepherd leading his flock which is the congregation of his church. Women are simply not shepherds.
As a woman I have always felt this to be true! Thank you for confirming. 1 and 2 Timothy tell what a woman should be as a woman of God. Awesome message bro!
I being a whole woman have never could get with woman pastors fir these reasons: #1 Too many are way too masculine and desire to fit in and be accepted and tend to take on men characteristics #2 They tend to put a price on their" gift," and make it a business to be a minister and put a price on everything to speak this supposed word God has given them and forget what God has called them to minister for, #3 Too emotional # 4 not knowing their uniqueness and following what they see popular or traditional make pastors do, #5 Some are gay and hide behind the cloak and attire, #6 You can't tell them anything if they are in error. Many feel once they have a man made title, everything they say it think us supposedly from God and you can't correct them. Too much pride and arrogance and masculinity. I just can't sit under a woman pastor. I can't be lead by them. I don't believe it's God's will.
Unfortunately, I know exactly what you're referring to and what you're talking about. I have a friend who actually puts a price on her FB page about her services to perform marriage ceremonies. She also announces that she is a "Reverend" whenever she's asked about her title and she does not even have a church of her own. I do not see anywhere where a woman or even a man should have that title that is considered ONLY for GOD nor is it in the five(5) fold ministry. But, I personally do not attend the same church she attends because I have issues with how things are done in her place of worship. They promote certain issues that the Word of GOD speaks against.
I moved pretty far away from my church so had to find a new church home. One church that was recommended to me was pastored by a woman. I considered going to this church, but something held me back. After hearing your response to the Bible and giving me a better understanding, I now know what was holding me back - it was the Bible, even though I didn’t understand why I felt the way I did. Thank you for clarity. May God bless you.
I don't see anything wrong with what she did or said. She was not preach or teaching to an audience. It seems to me that she was prophecied to remind that pastor he needs to do what God called him to do. She was basically telling him to lead them; including leading her as well. A woman is allowed to prophecize, but not preach
Yes, I believe that women can teach. I also believe that if man had not shut the doors of Evangelist and Prophets’ being a Pastor would not be sought out of order. These offices were open to women in the Bible. Deborah lead but with humbleness and not the lead. Mary Magdalene evangelized the Apostles but never stepped out. Men have left there place today and yes, women can keep it going until that man steps up. Woman have always had a place in ministry but Satan has used his men to distort order.
I red this scripture myself; where did Paul mention about Preaching? The key word here is “ Preaching” did the word preaching was mentioned in this text? Please let me know. Cause many of you are completely using this Verse wrong. God created us, he can chose to do whatever he want and to whomever. This the moment where I sometimes which the Heaven can Open to hear it from their own mouth, and to rebuke as well; but thank God for the Holy Spirit. Too many of you that are here Saying he’s 100% right of what he saying, read these Verses for yourself, be open minded while you read it and ask the Holy Spirit to help you understand, not just taking these verse out of context. So if women are to keep quiet, why will paul say in 1 Corinthians 11:5 that women should cover their hair when they pray or prophesied, if we are to kept silence? Cause when someone prophesying, they are not silence, so is Paul contradicting himself? Also in Joel 2:28 it stated your sons and daughters shall prophesy, so is Paul also contradicting this scripture? If women are to keep silence in church, then why Joel is saying your daughter shall prophesy? This whole women should be silence doctrine, completely misrepresent God word and twist Paul word around and make it a religious man made Doctrine. Paul did not write this, for women should be completely silence, that God can not use a female to preach to soul. Folks know God for yourself and read your Bible carefully, pray and ask God to help you understand his word. God will never confused his Children; don’t just agree on everything unless you carefully do your research and ask the Holy Spirit to help you. While some folks think they are correcting others, they their self causing more confusion. Father I’m your Child, daughters of yours used me for your glory in whatever way. Also all the female out here supporting this misrepresentation of God word, don’t sing in choir or say anything, just be silence.🙏🏿🙏🏿
Keep silence means preaching or pastoring over a congregation. However, praying and prophesying isn't placing a woman over a man or disrupting the Godly order shown in the Word. For example, a woman in church stands to say God spoke to her to say....abcd. She shared what God told her whether its a warning or instructional information that the church or someone in the church need to hear. Again, it's completely different than the same woman in the pulpit preaching to the congregation. And, if a Godly man is present, why would a woman be selected to pray at church or home? Again, that would be out of order!
Amen!...Thank you so much for speaking out. I am in agreement to what you are saying. I thought I was the only one feeling like this. God Bless You@MissBlessing!🙏

Thank you very much for this clear and simple and Biblical explanation. I work overseas in a Calvinist high school where there are two female pastors. Thank you so much for your humble spirit. May God continue to use you mightily!
Much of what Paul wrote is false and provable to be false. His belief that he was a 'father' in a spiritual way, should be disturbing to any Christian. That was Paul's most serious false teaching, though not his only one.

Very well said!! I read the Bible the same way. In my mind, it’s not a debatable topic. Thank you brother, for speaking God’s Truth so clearly and unapologetically!!
@@blessedforever8172 The Word rebukes Adam for listening to the woman when God spoke otherwise. The Word says woman will be toward the man (Hebrew man-Adam, woman-Eve interchangeable). The Word says that iniquity is passed down the generation through the genealogy of the man. If there was a way men could pass this off to the women, would you want that responsibility? Do women want the judgment and burden men are called to carry on them? I say go ahead, we'll pass it on if we could. If you believe you have the strength of that yoke, put it on. But if you want the rebellion of choosing disobedience of this requirement, what will say on Judgment Day? The Word does not contradict itself. If what Paul writes to Timothy wrong, then we cannot no longer accept that his other epistles are pure. Toss the Bible away and create your own. If what Paul writes is as from the Lord, it will not contradict any other Scripture, and it does not do this. It started after being removed from Eden and this will not end unless true spiritual hierarchy is correct and blessed in submission through all accordingly.
GOD set in order of how the churches should be ran as a man in leadership as a Pastor, GOD use women in the church in many ways not to have leadership over a man, one way GOD use in the church is to treach the younger women
Aaron and his sons were called to Priesthood and minister in the sanctuary. Women were NEVER called for such roles. Ladies, who are pastoring are working AGAINST God's will. The work of pastoring is a man's work-may the Lord open the eyes of the "female pastors and elders..." We are held to account... This is a form of rebellion and feminist thought that has crept into the church. Study the Word and be encouraged
Read what happened to Miriam in the bible when she spoke against Moses and proclaimed she hears from God also. She was struck with leprosy. Look at Eve, Deliah & Jezebel. Even Jesus mentions that they allow a women (Jezebel) to teach and seduce the servants in the book of Revelation. Women are easily deceived because of our emotional make up. We need to remember the examples in bible. Lots wife etc. So many women were making really bad decisions, but whenever a women like Sarah submitted and obeyed even if man made a bad mistake God rescued her. This is trusting and obeying. Its the TRUTH. God said in the beginning and he shall rule over her. Just think about it. Her disobeience and influence over her husband was the very thing that causes death for us all. How painful is it to lose someone to death? These feminist women are going to cause alot of issues for the human race in these end times. The harlot of Babylon.....anyway i think i made my point. I just pray that all women can be submissive. Any shrew can be tamed with God's help. He often takes the worst ones and mess ups to bring Him glory. Turns the bad for our Good. Praise to Jesus Christ of Nazareth. 🙏🙏😇
Yes that one always gets me as well. Is it a literal head covering? A spiritual covering (husband) (pastor) or you hair long enough to cover your head ( unshaven head)? I’ve asked so many and all different views.
Good on all points, the Scripture should not be changed to go along with the Culture. Women are to teach women and children, not Pastor the Church, according to the Scripture.
Older women can teach younger women (which nowadays even they are rare). That's scripture! I was taught by my spiritual mothers (3 biological sisters) who were all in their 90s when they passed away. I was asked by a male (pastor) when i am going to start a church. That question stunned me b/c 1. I didn't even think that he as a pastor considered me to pastor as a church. And 2. I had never been asked that question before. Needless to say, only God can appoint and provide order within His church/ body of Christ.
1 Timothy 2 is NOT addressing leadership in the church. However, it is addressing leadership in the home. It completely synchs with Ephesians 5:22. Have you ever written something and when another reads it, there was something left out that could have made this passage clearer? I think this is one of those moments with Paul, yet still anointed word. This is how I know that something was left out. Had this passage been addressing "the male", then every woman in the world or believing woman would have to be in subjection to every male and that is definitely NOT what Paul was saying. If you read Chapter 2 until the end, he tells us why in the home the wife has to be subject to her OWN (my emphasis) husband. It is because she was deceived and in transgression. Why? She told her husband how good the fruit looked. From then on, the wife would be subject to the husband. Not every woman to every man. Paul continues stating what happens to the wife in childbearing. She is not bearing children with every man. This is referencing the husband and wife relationship.
Amen !!! i totally agree with you. Let me ask you a question. do you believe that a women can bring a word to the church ? even if it was a short word, maybe 5 min. myself personally, i don't think that they can, not even for 5 min. i don't think God wants a women to be behind a pulpit at all. Thank you for you time. God bless you.
They can prophesy or tell a dream etc.. but not preach or teach or usurp authority over a man. God is a God of order. She can just tell the prophesy just exactly how God give it to her or a dream. Not extorting or telling anyone what to do.
I definitely agree with you on this matter. I don't believe women should be pastors. I am a woman and the bible says so also that women should not be pastor Its clearly states "A HUSBAND of one WIFE...... I strive to follow Christ even when it hurts and I don't necessarily agree with the scriptures!
God himself will be the judge I personally don't know where I will have been without the message of God through Joyce meyer, her message still helping more people today.
Women can and always will preach, teach, and prophecy!! But as far as Being A Preacher or A Pastor or A Bishop or An Overseer or Any Leadership over A Body of Believers! I personally do not agree with Women Being Over A Congregation of Men and Women Inside Of It!!
Looking at so many answers shows WHY GOD DONT WANT ANY WOMAN TO BE HEAD . FOR ONE STOP BEING STUBBORN AND LISTEN TO THE TRUTH,THEN OBEY. MANY SCRIPTURES SAY WOMEN ARENT ALLOWED BUT YET MANY STILL SAY,(I DONT CARE). SMH 😊
"The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few" Luke 10:2... I understand your message, but who is going to do the job? Jesus is coming soon, and men are distracted with so many temptations. I have been praying that God to rise men in the ministry, but meanwhile, women need to share the gospel whenever and wherever is possible; maybe not as pastors, but as evangelist.
Men are not distracted! It’s the women who have caused these distraction for the reason of being disobedient and taken the roles of men. If women would get back in the position God gave and sit down men wouldn’t be distracted plus women aren’t biblically gifted when they are being in a disobedient role as preachers and teachers. God doesn’t need women help to get his word across correctly.
@@kondrasellers2740 Please read Joel 2:28 and Galatians 3:28. I have been on the streets for 10 years sharing the word of God, and many men and women have given their lives to Christ. May God bless you
God is not a feminist nor a masculinist but he does that for he is a God of order and not of confusion. Therefore, our dear daughters in Christ, do not be offended because God does that for our good (sons and daughters of God). And never think he oppresses you. If you think he oppresses you or it's a men oppression against that is a lie from the pity of hell. Because we all know that God is righteous and legalistic and how can he be oppressive? "To do so, it is similar to call a holy and a perfect God « Satan » who oppression is his culture."
IM STRUGGLING WITH SOMETHING HARD. AFTER 40 YRS I FINALLY FOUND A CHURCH AND IM TESTING SPIRITS. MY PASTOR GOT SICK SO HIS WIFE STEPPED IN THAT SUNDAY.... ALSO SHE SPOKE IN TONGUES YET TOLD NOONE WAT WAS SAID. IM PRAYING BUT I DNT WANNA BE LEGALISTIC. BUT I DO AGREE WOMEN ARENT SUPPOSE TO PREACH BUT DOESNT THE PASTOR SUPPOSE TO HAVE A MAN TO STAND IN IN CASE OF SUCH A TIME THE PASTOR CANT BE THERE. THE WIFE IS THE HELPER. HELP!!!!!!! LOVE U MY BRO AND SISTERS
Just because she is the pastor's wife, it doesn't automatically make her the person that should be next in line to preach. Another man should have been able to step up and take that role. The scripture doesn't change if someone gets sick. A woman is silent in church. That's what the Bible says. It doesn't say, except when the husband gets sick.
I am giving credit where credit is due... I never worship Blessed Mary, but I "LOVE and HONOR" (Highest Respect) her as the Mother of our Savior, Christ Jesus... considering the 5th Commandment with the Promise of a longer lifespan on Earth... "HONOR thy (earthly/biological) father and thy mother." Angel Gabriel said to Blessed Mary... You have found "Highly Favored" by God and "Full of Grace" by the Holy Spirit... In fact, the Bible said, that the Holy Spirit dwelt upon her as soon as she accepted the task given to her by humbly saying, "I am the handmade of the Lord, be it done according to thy Word (ref. Luke 1:38)... then again, followed during the Pentecost day (tongues of fire) together with the Apostles... (ref. Acts 2)... Therefore, the Holy Spirit dwelt upon her and stayed with her twice until her death... Take note: Before the Apostles knew that Christ Jesus was the Messiah/Savior... Blessed Many knew it ahead of everybody because Angel Gabriel said so and revealed it to her... she said, "My Soul magnifies the Lord, and my Spirit rejoices in God my SAVIOR/MESSIAH." (ref. Luke 1:46-56). In reality, we can consider Blessed Mary as the first BELIEVER of Christ/Messiah/Savior, thus, she was the 1st Christian, in that logical and spiritual sense... Only the WISE who is guided by the Holy Spirit will be able to understand the Word of God... Blessed Mary has the "FULL of GRACE" from the HOLY SPIRIT who dwelt upon her TWICE (2x)... Blessed Mary is equally or perhaps more KNOWLEDGEABLE in the "Word of God" than with the Apostles, but she humbly accepts and submits herself in silence in total surrender (obedience) to the Church built by Christ Jesus for His Father (God), for that is the WILL (Prerogative) of God... Christ said, "Whoever does the WILL (Prerogatives) of my Father (God) is my Mother, Brother, or Sister"... and... "will enter the Kingdom of Heaven." (ref. Matt. 7 & 12). Facts and Truth, Biblically and Logically speaking... Praise and Glory to God through Christ Jesus... Amen and Amen...
May I ask this question? Are women allowed to preach to men? Are men who are unmarried or widowed allowed to preach or pastor? I think that Timothy was unmarried but was left at Ephesus to maintain the church. If he was not the husband of one wife wouldn't that preclude him from being able to maintain the church?
The Bible said, "Whoever BELIEVES in ME (Christ Jesus) will never Perish (Die) but have eternal/everlasting life with God." (ref. John 3:16). Therefore, based on this passage alone, who was the first person who believed in Christ Jesus?... Blessed Mary... the FIRST CHRISTIAN... (hands down). Blessed Mary who is blessed among women till generations to come. (ref. Luke 1:42-56)... Is there any other woman more "BLESSED" and "HIGHLY FAVORED" by God as well as "FULL OF GRACE" from the Holy Spirit than her?... NONE... for she is the embodiment of the NEW EVE created by God, logically and spiritually speaking... Only a FOOL and a HYPOCRITICAL Person with an EVIL MIND and HEART would deny such Biblical TRUTH... she is NOT to be Worshiped but to be "LOVED and HONORED"... Facts and Truth, Biblically and logically speaking... Praise and Glory to God in Christ Jesus... Amen and Amen...

I recently had this discussion with a family member . She argued that there are groups of people who do not have a man to pastor and lead, then godly women take that position. I didn't tell her that if they don't have a man to pastor then they need to meet and pray for a true man of God to be sent by him to pastor the flock.
This isn't done anymore.
as a young woman believer, this is so messed up. so women can’t tell men to behave and can’t “take on their burden” but old men apparently know everything about womens and girls burdens? i feel terrible for every christian woman who lives like this, and i pray that my future husband will not have these views. disgraceful

You can view Scripture as distasteful as you wish but by doing so, one takes away from the beauty that God gave women.

There's no substitute for sound Biblical teaching. We've gotten so far away from God's Word because of fear of backlash. Thanks for the word.
Amen friend
I agree. Last week while getting council from my church the leader over the school of ministry asked me to enroll and consider going into ministry. I told him I didn't believe women should be pastors, elders of Bishop's and couldn't find scriptures to backup his request. He didn't respond
Great response.

Sound doctrine. Gods word is clear on the male and the female roles. Thank you for sharing the word of God.
So I came out with this at my church….. did not go down well. I might as well have said I love Hitler.
I hate that even in Christian circles basic Christian doctrine is taboo…
Lol....those churches are over zealous....Paul spoke about those churches
Thank you brother for your presentation! You answered the question with boldness and stated women cannot be pastors according to scripture. People want to twist the scriptures to fit their narrative. According to scripture even some men do not qualify. Keep up the good work and may God get the glory.
Rightly interpreting the Holy Scriptures is vital to sound doctrine. Some have erred from the truth by adding and taking away from the engrafted word of God...
God's Word is the same yesterday, today and forevermore! Let's not allow a'feminist mindset' persuade us to 'disobey God's written word! Blessings
24 years.

Gods word is clear that women should never be pastors. For your sister to ignore scripture anyways is deeply troubling to her approach to the Bible. Sounds more like your leaning on your own understanding than trusting what God has said. It may not make sense to you, but trust that God has a plan and us following it will bring about the most good.

There is a big difference between pastoring and preaching there is also a difference between what God desires and what Paul desires read the scriptures in context and as for the garden the husband is the head of the wife Adams biggest mess up was that he did not teach eve God's command

God hasn't called women to lead as pastors. He is not an author of confusion. God bless you for this scriptural clarification.
@@missblessings247 your delusions are entertaining. Prophesy does not equal being a pastor or preaching.

@@wordsofjames then I can say the same to you as well. The word preaching wasn’t mentioned, that Paul saying women should be silence, means God can’t use a woman to preach. Is your doctrine not God. It is a blessing and an honor, to meet the same man with the same name and spelling as mine; whom loves the Lord and loves to teach His word!
Hey to my First name sister! Clearly you were raised right because your were named right! 😄😄😄
Satan will gladly have us compromise even to let woman raise themselves above men in their idea of gods word not in God's word though.
Agreed sister.
No. They are forbidden to over ride the Athority of a man. Paul said so.
Amen,,, Very deep insight
Unfortunately, I know exactly what you're referring to and what you're talking about. I have a friend who actually puts a price on her FB page about her services to perform marriage ceremonies. She also announces that she is a "Reverend" whenever she's asked about her title and she does not even have a church of her own. I do not see anywhere where a woman or even a man should have that title that is considered ONLY for GOD nor is it in the five(5) fold ministry. But, I personally do not attend the same church she attends because I have issues with how things are done in her place of worship. They promote certain issues that the Word of GOD speaks against.
It all depends honey where your mindset is.

So true
I moved pretty far away from my church so had to find a new church home. One church that was recommended to me was pastored by a woman. I considered going to this church, but something held me back. After hearing your response to the Bible and giving me a better understanding, I now know what was holding me back - it was the Bible, even though I didn’t understand why I felt the way I did. Thank you for clarity. May God bless you.
Prophetess Deborah was out of her mind to tell the MAN in authority to get up and do what God told him to do
I don't see anything wrong with what she did or said. She was not preach or teaching to an audience. It seems to me that she was prophecied to remind that pastor he needs to do what God called him to do. She was basically telling him to lead them; including leading her as well. A woman is allowed to prophecize, but not preach

Thank you Pastor for explaining these points in the Bible so clearly!
None of these women were pastors.

How can you conclude Is what Paul was talking about, when he said keep silence? So u inferring that Paul was saying preaching or pastoring over a congregation is what he means by keeping silence? So if that’s the case, of which I know is not what Paul meant. So why can’t you see that he wasn’t saying God cannot use woman to preach, which is a calling not a role play for which t sex can do what, if you telling me silence in this Context means pastoring and preaching to a Congregation.
pastoring over a Congregation, did Paul directly say that in that Context, read these verses carefully. Your need to stop confusing the body of Christ and help build and foster God work. The Word rebukes Adam for listening to the woman when God spoke otherwise.

So a woman has no gifts? My question is can a woman hear from God?

Great biblical explanation of this difficult topic! Would you be able to do a video like this on the topic of head coverings in 1 Corinthians 11?
I love my head covers
Yes that one always gets me as well. Is it a literal head covering? A spiritual covering (husband) (pastor) or you hair long enough to cover your head ( unshaven head)? I’ve asked so many and all different views.
We can take it one step further… if a man is married in the church then divorces, that makes him unqualified to pastor.
Exactly
Good on all points, the Scripture should not be changed to go along with the Culture. Women are to teach women and children, not Pastor the Church, according to the Scripture.
Thank you Corey.
If you think that then 1 Tim 3 tells you the qualifications for an overseer
Blessings From Heaven Smart Brother!!! Blessings To All!!!

Jesus had a bride the church but Jesus never married a women and he's everybody ultimate teacher.
Apostle Paul was never married
I'm glad you said NO.. If you would have said Yes, I would have UNSUBSCRIBED. God is not the author of confusion. Thank you for quoting from 1 Timothy 3: 10-11.
It's not OK according to the Bible. There is nowhere in the Bible where a woman was a pastor. For many years I thought it was OK because I was in a denomination that believed that way. But I had to come to the place that it's not what the Bible teaches.
LOL I'm not upset Corey just need more clarification. I will look at the verses you presented before I ask questions. To my understanding I get a different perspective from Paul based on what was happening during that time and specifically to that particular situation but I digress. Let me revisit the text for further understanding. I hope you do a live stream with Q&A at a later date. Blessings Brother
@@brorow6821 Respectfully, so who understanding I should look at...man? I get what you are saying but I think you are taking "lean not to your own understanding" scripture verse out of context. I prefer and it is best to ask/pray to God for understanding, clarity of HIS WORD. Amen
@@eLLBdotmusic read your Bible and you will see the understanding you need to lean on SMH
@@wordsofjames Respectfully, I am not sure why the smh is necessary but God bless you.
Does the Bible permit a woman to preach .. SEED OF DISCORD IN THE MANNER OF QUESTION .. CAN A WOMAN USURP AUTHORITY OVER A MAN .. NO .. CAN A DAUGHTER OF GOD PROPHESY .. YES
Hi Cory did you mean 1 Timothy 2 …..lol love listening to your channel …..helped me a lot …may God bless the work of your hands ….me being born again Woman…submissiveness is a must and submission to your own husband ….not always easy but we ought to practice..and man and woman are to submit to each other out of reverence for Christ ,for as you said all scripture is God breathed is profitable for teaching for proof, for correction, for training in righteousness so that the man of Gods may be adequate equipped for every good work.
I’m so glad I found this channel! Nothing but truth!! 🙌🏾
