I am pretty sure that woman ranks somewhere between man and donkey.
Numbers 22:27-31
New King James Version
27 And when the donkey saw the Angel of the Lord, she lay down under Balaam; so Balaam’s anger was aroused, and he struck the donkey with his staff.
28 Then the Lord opened the mouth of the donkey, and she said to Balaam, “What have I done to you, that you have struck me these three times?”
29 And Balaam said to the donkey, “Because you have [a]abused me. I wish there were a sword in my hand, for now I would kill you!”
30 So the donkey said to Balaam, “Am I not your donkey on which you have ridden, ever since I became yours, to this day? Was I ever [b]disposed to do this to you?”
And he said, “No.”
31 Then the Lord opened Balaam’s eyes, and he saw the Angel of the Lord standing in the way with His drawn sword in His hand; and he bowed his head and fell flat on his face.

That's why I stay home and study the Bible. Too many churches walking away doem truth.
I understand why one would do that. And it is definitely important to study the bible on your own and make conclusions based how God leads you.
But there is also a certain beautity in the fellowship of a church and I personally believe God intended us to grow together as his people.
To take my Dad for exaple, even though him being a Great Christian and man of God for wich I have many respect, I truly still learn alot from him. But he has isolated himself from fellow Christians and it started with him leaving the Church. I can see how with every year he gets more distant without the support of his family in faith. Having people to challenge why you believe certain things can also strengthen you in your faith, and sometimes even convince you of something you are wrong about since none of us can possibly be right about everything we interpret .
So I really do hope you find a Church devoted to Gods truth, and people equally committed 🙏

I did not see an issue with this until recently. I had to look it up to confirm. Women are not to preach as they are not the head of the household, thus cannot advise the head (men). The bible does not state that women cannot advise other women or children. If a woman believes that preaching the word is her gift, then she can teach the children during main service or lead a women's conference, but not the main church in the presence of men. God is soveign and does not need our advisement of why women should be able to preach when he had said no.

I post on women's matters. I suggest my short essay on Deborah.
A Judge was the most important spiritual leader during that time.
A Judge could judge if a man committed the sin of premeditated
murder and give a verdict. That verdict could not be appealed. This
is the ultimate in spiritual authority. God settled the gender matter
with her. What she did and the authority she had is history. Not
doctrine.

Any doctrine that is in opposition to what God
actually did must be a false doctrine.
As I read the context of 1 Corinthians 14 it appears that Paul is giving instructions for times of prophecy and speaking in tongues during church. In verse 28 he states if there is no interpreter (for the speaking of tongues), let him keep silence in the congregation. Then he addresses the prophets saying to speak one by one, so that all may learn and all may have comfort. He then addresses the wives telling them to keep silent and if they have questions (Again, I believe he’s referring to the prophesies) let them keep silent in the congregations but to ask their husbands at home.
Acts 2:17 also states in the last days God will pour out his spirit on all flesh and your sons and daughters will prophesy.
But how are they to do this if they are to be silent?
I think it is important that we as the body of Christ submit to him and seek his understanding for all things.
I pray that we (as the body of Christ) focus on what really matters in these last days and that is getting as many people saved 🙏
Most churches today are failures of God's word because they work out of fear of losing their congregations, NOT out of fear of the Lord.
Being a woman who had lost belief in God I prayed for help and God lead me to a church where a woman was a pastor and I fought that and attended other churches but God showed me those weren’t the churches my heart was so heavy and God lead me to that church where I was blessed and God revealed Himself to me through that woman pastor who was the mother church to several other churches that was birth from her teaches. From studying the word with the who did God use to write that scripture, who was it written to or for, what was the scripture about, when was it written, where was it written, why was the scripture written, how was the scripture presented. There’s more to studying the word and learning from the word of God but studying helps with learning and growing in Gods word.
The Bible draws a connection between the home and the church. Just as there is a role distinction at home-where the husband is called to lead the family-there is also one at church.
At home men are proving their fitness to be elders (pastors), and at church they are the ones who are given that role. Paul says explicitly, "I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man" (1 Timothy 2:12). And those two functions-teaching and exercising authority-are the functions of the elder.
It's not a problem for a woman to minister in hundreds of ways in the church, but the office of leadership and teaching of men is preserved for spiritual and godly men.
Why didn't Jesus choose women as some of his apostles?
The Twelve are all men. That was intentional, because they are all given incredible authority to found the church. They are like pastors, only they have more authority than pastors.
But Jesus did call women, and he called them into significant ministry. Read the beginning of Luke 8 or see the role of women at the Resurrection. Jesus broke significant taboos in the way that he elevated the role of women. It was counter-cultural to have Mary sitting at his feet learning like a rabbinic student at the feet of his teacher. And it was counter-cultural for him to have women so closely attending him, providing for his needs, and for him to be so merciful to the women of the street.
Jesus was pro-woman to the max. But he did not choose women to be apostles. That wasn't because he was enslaved to his times. It was because, in coherence with the rest of the Bible (Genesis 1-2, Ephesians 5, 1 Corinthians 11, and 1 Timothy 2), he believed that it would be healthy for the church and the family if men assumed the role of Christ-like, humble, caring, servant-leaders, and if the women came in alongside with their respective gifts to help carry his leadership through according to those gifts.
So I sympathize with any confusion on this matter, and I pray that the Lord would give you light to see that it's really not very complicated: God has ordained that in the home and in the church men assume a special role of responsible leadership and teaching.
If a man's case was too difficult to be judged,
it was sent to the Judge over Israel. If the man
refused to be judged by the Judge for whatever
reason, the scriptures required his execution.
Deborah was a Judge.
Deborah was taught for about 1000 years before
Paul came. A Judge was far far above a pastor.
God ruled Israel through a Judge.
(My essay on her is postable.)
This was a wonderful, and excellent answer. Full of wisdom. People should listen to this.
A judge is not above a pastor. A judge is different from a pastor. One is civil, the other is spiritual. Never during the time of the judges, were any priests female. And Deborah was the only female judge, she was the exception, not the rule for any woman anywhere to use as a means to justify a leadership position as pastor in the church. Deborah is out of context completely regarding the directives of God's direct teaching on this issue in the church of Jesus.
🙏🏾 wonderful holy summation
@@user-iz8np3vv4iA judge isn't above a pastor. That's very idiotic of u to make that comparison. A judge isn't leading a congregation.
Hey folks. Just a reminder, “prophesy” is not the same as preaching or being a pastor. I suffer not a woman to teach or usurp authority over a man.
Those that have no issue with going against God's word??? That speaks volumes.
1 Timothy 2:12-15 King James Version
12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart and do not lean on your own understanding.
I believe the word of GOD AND HE SAID WOMEN SHOULD NOT. ITS NOT CUSTOM, IS GODS WILL
It's not about perspective or gifts, it's about obedience to the WORD. Prophesying and the office of a prophet are two different things. The word speaks expressly on women not having leadership roles that give them the authority over men. The last speaker understands denial of self better than the first two speakers
As the increase in single baby mothers ruling as the head over households, there is also an increase in women ruling over men in the church.
Now someone tell me if they see the ironic coincidence in that.
A PROPHET IS NOT A PASTOR NOR A PREACHER.
The Bible is CLEAR period. NO WHERE does the Word allow a women to hold the authority to do such.
Its so disheartening and deceptive to say the bible allows it and its WRITTEN THAT IT DOESNT. Man is stiff necked and hard headed. SMH.
(Not positive I understand you.)
God ruled Israel through the Judges. That included Deborah.
I wrote a short essay on her.
I think part of the issue is that we don't understand what it means to be a pastor, I appreciated what was said about the fact that the Bible never once calls a women an Elder, clearly being a pastor is more than just proclaiming the word. being a pastor is as much about leading and it is about preaching the word. to allow a women to lead is a violation of the fact that God has called Men to lead in the home and the same is true of the church. notice what Pauls say about Marriage and the church and the Jesus in Ephesians. Even in the God Head each play a significant role and the roles are not confused.
Let those who have ears to hear let them hear. "All things are written aforetime for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope".
Another verse states "[16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works".
The scriptures also teaches that "God is unchangable nor is he a man that he should lie". Armed with this knowledge we believe and follow everything in the scriptures.
But here are God words concerning women teaching or Preaching.
" Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.
Another verse teaches" Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee".
Another verse teaches.
“But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.”
A woman cannot teach nor preach because she dosn't have the authority to do so. Only a man have the power to preach and teach to both man and women. Show me a woman preacher and will I show you a woman that is in sin, the blind leading the blind, and she and her congregation shall both fall in the ditch.
Unlearn the lies and doctrine of devils, For many are called and only few are chosen.
In ur generation men sin more than women 🤷♀️
........if God is the one using them who are u to say no
@@stevenchola1822 Steven, I think this is what leads many people astray. The Bible teaches that we are not to lean on our own understanding. Here are the words directly from the Bible: "All scriptures are given by the "inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works".
From this, we can conclude that the Bible is an instruction and example that believers must follow. I've shown you many scriptures that, word for word, say women can not teach nor be a pastor. So I'm not the one saying a woman can't do something. I'm just telling you God states that women can't teach.
If we don't believe every single word of the Bible then our faith is null and void. I believe everything that is written whether I like it or not..
@@juggojim I agree because God says so: women should not teach over men. This is how the leavened sin/lies of the devil came into the churches and society that now puts women ahead of men. God’s order is better than what we women desire. Women who are still in sin, in self pride self ambition or aiding younger women to sin in the same manner are not teaching God’s word to be submissive according to God’s Kingdom order. I trust God that HIS will and purpose for me as a women is better for me than my own understanding.
The churches that allow female pastors are using Acts 2:17 to justify. Women filled with God’s Holy Spirit should look and sound like a daughter of God and teach women to be Holy first and foremost.
@@Mel-rj3tj I'm happy to see you know and believe in the words of God. But for those who may be on the fence here are the words directly from the Bible. And God said “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God (Hosea 4:6).
It's hard to believe that anyone can use Acts 2:17 to justify women preaches.
To be exact it read "17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams".
Let those who have ears to hear let them hear. This verse speaks about God gifting his holy sport to both men and women that they may see visions and tell of future events. It has nothing to do with preaching not teaching..
Have they not read nor seen how many women prophets are in the Bible? Women can phropesy all day as it is written but they can't preach nor teach...
@juggojim Praise the Lord, I agree with everything you have stated, because we know and believe the Word of God is true and free of errors. However I do want to add that women are allowed to teach but only other young women, and also their own children, Titus 2:3-5. I have been speaking to someone in my family about the sin of a woman teaching when her husband, pastor, elders and other men are present, she should definitely not be in the pulpit. We have women teaching in our church while the pastor is present. We must continue to pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto them the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him: Ephesians 1:17, we must keep going to Jesus about our brothers and sisters who are living in error...Jude 21-23
A word of warning. When biblical things begin to change with the times, I always suspect demonic influence, because God never changes. He is the same yesterday today and forever, and while there may have been misnomers and outliers predominantly men have always led the church men have always lead, God’s people Paul instructed the Corinthians that women should stay silent in the church. There is no way to interpret that any other way he said as an all the churches of the Saints not just the Corinthian church, but all churches women are to keep silent, but as these brothers in Christ have stated so eloquently, it is a matter of perspective but when you get down to it that’s a man’s perspective. What about what God wants does that matter?
you wrote:
...but all churches women are to keep silent, ...
If this is true then it's basically Islam. If women can't pray,
praise God, speak of what God did for them, then going
to any gathering with men would be a waste of time.
I suggest my short and free essay on Deborah. She was

Men and women are perfectly equal spiritually.
For accuracy purposes, you must define and lay out the order and priority of the kingdom. We must operate/ function from prescription and not description.
THERE IS NO DEBATE!!
The Word of God is clear..women are to keep silent in the churches 1 Corinthians 14:33-34), and they don't qualify (1 Timothy 3:1-5)..to say women can preach or teach in the public assembly of the saints is to call God a liar (1 Timothy 2:11-12)..in the Lord's Church it is not permitted, so the denominational churches do it because they do not belong to God neither speak for God..
Jesus ordered a woman to preach of His resurrection.
He still gives such orders.
When she had said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, and yet she did not know that it was Jesus. Jesus said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?” Thinking that He was the gardener, she said to Him, “Sir, if you have carried Him away, tell me where you put Him, and I will take Him away.” Jesus said to her, “Mary!” She turned and said to Him in Hebrew, “Rabboni!”. Jesus said to her, “Stop clinging to Me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to My brothers and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and My God and your God.’” Mary Magdalene came and announced to the disciples, “I have seen the Lord,” and that He had said these things to her.

The problem in people try to lump in women who evangelize to women who try to hold leadership over men in a church congregation (pastoring). We should ALL evangelize, we are to all spread the Word of God to everyone everywhere, where the difference is comes to Federal Headship of a church. Women are not permitted under scripture to actively be over a flock that includes men. If you believe so, you’d have to argue the fundamental roles of male and female given by God and it all falls apart.
Why should we care about their opinions is what this sounded like and not God's opinion and what His holy word says! 👏🏼
I suffer a woman not to preach and not to usurp authority over the man, that's what the word says, PERIOD.
There is a lot of discussion in the church if a women can be a pastor or not, and if she can lead a church or if that is exclusively reserved for men.
t is important to set some argument straight before getting in a debate. There is a difference between Truth and Belief system. The difference is Truth has a standing of its own identity regardless of whether you believe in it or not. Belief system is something created that may or may not be backed by Truth. If we can agree with that we can then proceed in any discussion. To get to the Truth you need to proceed with both evidence and heart at the same time. You can't get to the truth only with the facts or only via belief system. Because none of it will be complete. I will share with you, some of my experience of my walk with God for perspective. I had my first encounter with Christ face to face in a church in the south of France. I saw a vision of Christ seconds before his death, his face covered in blood, his eyes lifeless...! Yes I was searching, I had prayed but I did not go looking for it in some place, I did not expected it. In fact it happened in the most unexpected moment and way. He found me. Indeed, He is not lost, we are. When the vision happened I was accompanied by my husband, my son and several friends. None of them saw what I saw. Yet I did not know that because it happened while I was looking at an icon and I thought it was the icon that looked like that, covered in blood..! I didn't realized back then that it was a vision I was having and that the icon was not the way I was seeing it. So although I was shocked I thought that whoever painted that icon was a brilliant artist because it felt so real. So I did not made much of it up until the following morning when I realized crosses of blood marks were left on the dress I had carried on that trip and that I was suppose to wear that day. Both me and my husband were in complete shock and could not understand what had happened. It took us days to reconcile with the fact that we were experiencing a miracle. Christ's blood was on my dress, as crazy and impossible that this may sound to you, He had revealed Himself to me. The blood was on MY dress not on my husband's shirt. The vision was MINE alone and although my husband was witness to what was happening, it was all happening to me, not to him. I did not chose it, HE chose me. Christ chose ME to reveal Himself. Which is why I am here to tell you Christ is real and the sharing of his good news are not exclusive to men alone but to both men AND women. In fact the very first person whom he shared the great news was the women at the well. He came for the sinners and the lost, rich and poor, men and women, regardless, and we all have access to Him who gave us the Holy Spirit as our companion. I testify with my life for the miracle I have experienced and for every single word I am writing here. I even built a youtube channel to share His good news of salvation and show people what God has done for me. Check out the first video on my chanel if you are interested. I am not making money out of this, and I do not care for followers. I come from the corporate world as a person, not the church world. My background is not your usual church women. I do not stick to doctrines I try to listen to God's voice, I try to do His will. I am not a pastor of any church by profession, nor a saint, but I have been touched by God in ways that are unusual from a human perspective and inexplicable by physical laws. Because what is a pastor at the end of the day?! Isn't he/she someone who shares the good news of the Lord, isn't he/she the very person who points you to Jesus?! Personally I care ONLY that people listen and trust that God is real and he loves you and values you the same whether you are a women or a man. Do not feel less or small because you are a girl, you are just as powerful if you have God's spirit in you. You can be BOLD in your faith. you can be a lion or a lioness. BE ON FIRE FOR GOD AND SET IN MOTION FIRES OF FAITH EVERYWHERE YOU GO, IN EVERYTHING YOU TOUCH, AND EVEN IF IT IS A SMALL SEED TODAY, BELIEVE IT WILL GROW IN DUE TIME! I am here to share the good news. Christ is alive, he is not some book story of 2000+ years. He sees you, he knows you, he loves you. Brother, sister, stop fighting with each other and embrace each other, stop putting each other down and encourage each other. If you have God in you, you would know He sent ALL OF US to share the news not to fight with each other. Because God does not chose like men do, He looks at the heart not at your gender. There is much work pending to be done, while we fight with each other the enemy laughs at us, and many souls are being lost because we are wasting our energy fighting instead of doing HIS WORK! If God gave me a miracle he can give you too. You too have access to Him, whether you are a man or a women. He is awaiting for you to call on him and pray. Do that from your own room, no special effects, no exclusivity, all you need is an honest heart, let that prayer fall deep in your soul, FEEL IT with all your being. He said if you look for me with all your soul and mind you will find me! I testify to that with my life. How amazing it is to know that the Creator of the Universe the Biggest Celebrity of all times would come down to us to look for us and save us from eternal suffering. Ask Him with your heart to reveal Himself to you and see what happens! I guarantee you 1000% He will appear in your life just like He did in mine! Let not the world tell you differently, I don't care if you are a women or a man! We need more people to spread the news not less!
Stay well, stay blessed!
People forget that our God is an ancient God in these rules are quite clear if the Holy Spirit did not want apostle Paul to talk, all right about it, he wouldn’t have done it … I pray that the God of the Bible is revealed all of us, in the name of Jesus
You all need to stop confusing preaching, teaching and pastoring. All are called to preach the good news but there are rules as to who teaches/pastors. Preaching and teaching are not interchangeable.
wolves everywhere. Most churches have false prophets in their pulpits just like the first two "pastors" here
The first comment made me turn off this video. The bible is clear on this issue. Women are not to be preaching. End of Story
WOMEN TEACHING IN THE CHURCH; GOS'S OPINION OR APOSTLE PAUL'S OPINION
Back in 2008 I did a mission trip in Brazil. Everyday they divided us up into 3 groups: the women talked with the women, the men talked with the men, and both men and women did VBS activities with the children. I didn't know anyone on this trip because they had all bonded for 3 months while raising funds. I had bonded with a whole other group of people but I didn't raise enough money to go, so I missed my first trip and joined another group. So during the 8 days everyone has their assignments and I was like an outsider looking in. But on the last night we were there many people that had gotten deathly sick from the water, so the leader asked if I could step in and just share my testimony at a little church, when we get there it was packed with about 200 people. Nobody from this group knew Anything about my testimony.. so they though that just because it looked like my life had always been perfect, and served up on a silver platter, they were completely Shocked to hear that I used to be a: homeless, suicidal, drug-addicted, baby killing, gay, prostitute, that was kidnapped for sex trafficking, because I ran away from home after my mom threatened to murder me after she had already murdered my twin baby sisters... I use to struggle with 4 multiple personality disorders, but after being in the Lukewarm church for many years, I finally Listened to the New Testament Bible in just 1 Day, and THE TRUTH completely Set Me Free from every stronghold, emotional, psychological wounds, as well as ALL willful sin from that day forward. Jesus said all we have to do is take EVERY thought and make it Obedient to Christ and then we won't GIVE Satan a foothold. Praise God!
So then on our last day there, they said the women at the next village really need to hear my testimony.
~That same year I got involved in prison ministry and so I was going to 5 different prisons every month through various Ministries to encourage the female inmates 2-3 times a week. On the day I volunteered with another prison ministry the leaders asked me if I could come back later that day and share my testimony with their next class. So I went back to the jail and I was taken to a floor that I had never been on before. We set up the gymnasium with over 100 chairs, and then suddenly the room was filled with "Men", so I started to Panic!!! The leader kept telling me that it'll be okay. I gave my testimony and I noticed that many of the men were crying. I thought that the Lord was Convicting them, but no, He was actually healing them through Hope of forgiveness and freedom. After I gave my testimony one-by-one a man would come up and share that he too had been gangrape, or had been beaten by their father, or he almost overdosed, or he had attempted several times to kill themself, etc etc. I suddenly realized that Hurt People = Hurt People, also applies to men!?! That experience instantly removed my fear of men. I thought I would eventually get married, but now that I'm almost 56 I'm still Gladly single and living 100% for the Lord.
~My car windows displaying my testimony...because I can drive by 500 people a day that I'll never get to speak to. Over half of my t-shirts say something to the effect of: "After I Listen to The NT Bible in Just 1 Day, Jesus Set Me Free From XYZ... Push Play Today and Let The Truth Save Your Soul From Ending Up in Hell".
People approach me all the time. So I've Never preached a sermon, I have Never Street preached, I have Never even lead a women's only Bible study. I just have hundreds of one-on-one conversations with strangers. The churches are filling up faster than ever with Jezebel preachers..and men are flocking to them like a sheep to the slaughter.
~I strongly believe that it was a Command when Jesus said: Go and sin NO more. For years I have been reading my Bible from cover to cover every single month. I found 182 other New Testament verses that all give the Same warning; exposing who the foolish virgins really are. The main verse that instantly killed my Victim mentality was from 1st John 3:9-10: No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God's seed remains in them, they cannot go on sinning, because they have been born of God. This is how we KNOW who the children of God are and who the children of the Devil are!! Jesus said MANY (hypocrites that continue to live through the flesh) will say Lord, Lord... the Bible doesn't mince words, so people should stop trying to Manipulate what they think it says. I printed over 5K copies of those verses, so that people can do their own Bible study to realize that their Pastor is more than likely a Wolf in sheep's clothing.
Wow…. Praise God for your heart that He gave you to be obedient to Him and serve Him! Hallelujah
Brilliant testimony !!
So what your saying is that you never sin anymore and are living a sin free life? "ALL willful sin from that day forward." I feel sorry for the Apostle Paul, according to Romans 7, he still struggled with willful sin, guess that means he was not born of God, a liar and a wolf in sheep's clothing? I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume what you say is true...so that what you experienced is an amazing and complete blessing from God, to have the gift of never ever willfully sinning again. But be careful of what you say...in effect to just condemned anyone who is seeking God and struggling with sin to hell, Your theology is flawed and you are using it in an extremely dangerous manner. Do not take the Incredible blessing that came from God, not of your doing, and use it as a boast or justification to and condemn others who are not doing as well as you. Mercy...compassion, understanding there are many who are weak....This is Jesus.
Instead preach this...Christ crucified...that when Christ said it is finsihed...it was. His blood was shed and sacrificed for the forgiveness of ALL sins past, present and future. What must I do to be saved? "For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes in Him will have eternal life". Notice it does not say will have eternal life....and never sin again here on earth.
.@Jillian1stJohn3-9-10 Not all women pastors are Jezebel preachers and a lot of men preachers are Jezebels.
My grandmother was a devout Catholic and then converted to Pentecost while she was pregnant with my mom. She later left the church altogether. My mom would occasionally go to church, but ultimately left. Same for me BUT: The Holy Spirit lived in my grandmother...she's asleep now. My mom is alive and The Holy Spirit resides in her. And, I am a third generation born again Christian. Did we sin, of course we did. Romans 3:23 New King James Version 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

We don't need a video on this, it's in the Bible already. More people should be reading the Bible instead of simply going to church and listening to whoever is preaching (who should be a man).
Of course he’d agree, cause his wife pastors.
Secondly how are you going to use Acts 2 when they reference JOEL 2:28 where it is literally speaking on the DAY OF THE LORD, at the END OF AGE?
And this dude pastors a church? You d got to be kidding me
My perspective, personally, those phrases do not replace what God has spoken/written. This can easily change to the next social shift.
The original question was: Should women preach & teach in the Church?" The Bible clearly says no.
Just as there are different roles for Father, Son and Holy Spirit in the Trinity, there are different roles for men and women. That doesn't mean one is smarter, better or more important, but just means God has established an order of things and it doesn't matter if people like it or not. We choose to obey and submit to God's wishes or not.
• 1 Corinthians 14:34-35 “The women should keep silent in the churches. For they are not permitted to speak, but should be in submission, as the Law also says. If there is anything they desire to learn, let them ask their husbands at home. For it is shameful for a woman to speak in church.”
1 Timothy 2:8-14 Men and Women in the Church
"I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting; in like manner also, that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing, but which is proper for women professing godliness, with good works. Let a woman learn in silence with all submission. And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence. For Adam was formed first, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression.
The Bible is fine with women prophesying, but not "in the church" meeting. And though women aren't allowed to teach or have authority over men in the church, they can teach and have authority over other women.
The Bible is clear that men and women have different roles, but need each other and should love and respect each other.
The Bible says Ephesians 4:11 It
was He who gave gifts to people: He appointed some to be apostles, others to be prophets, others to be evangelists, others to be pastors and teachers.
Bible doesn’t say and Jesus gave the gift of pastors to men only.
Paul’s letter to the Church in Corinth was dealing specifically with an issue of new converts of pagan women to Christianity who came from a background of superiority to men. That was not intended for the global body of Christ.
Revelation 22:18-19
When women leave your churches in droves and find other ways to fulfill their calls do not say we didnt try to work with you & call us rogue or jezebel.
there is a huge difference between a woman prophetess and a woman pastor......prophecy is always evaluated and comes under the authority of church leadership.....Paul is VERY CLEAR about not having women pastors.....Paul even takes it back to the Garden of Eden; so its not even a debate for those who submit to the Authority of the Word of God.
Woman are not allowed to preach or teach men. God said so...
What if Jesus ordered a woman to preach of
His resurrection? What if He still gives such an order?

@@mrrich0974
Here is another example:
"...they took him aside and explained the way of God more accurately to him."
The 'they' refers to Priscilla, and Aquila her husband.
Now a Jew named Apollos, an Alexandrian by birth, an eloquent man, came to Ephesus; and he was proficient in the Scriptures. This man had been instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in spirit, he was accurately speaking and teaching things about Jesus, being acquainted only with the baptism of John; and he began speaking boldly in the synagogue. But when Priscilla and Aquila heard him, they took him aside and explained the way of God more accurately to him. And when he wanted to go across to Achaia, the brothers encouraged him and wrote to the disciples to welcome him; and when he had arrived, he greatly helped those who had believed through grace, for he powerfully refuted the Jews in public, demonstrating by the Scriptures that Jesus was the Christ.
-excerpt Acts 18
I believe this is a perfect example of how we should correct or ”perfect“ the words they are speaking (in this case) in love by pulling aside those who are in leadership. I believe the scripture teaches us it’s ok for women to proclaim the word of God, that in fact we are to go and preach the gospel to the ends of the earth. But..... to be in leadership of a group of men, is something all together different. I do not see Priscilla and Aquila being the leader of the synagogue , but helping the one who was leading/preaching in the synagogue.

What is the name of the last gentleman who spoke?
God bless 🕊
Did you find out the name of the last gentleman who spoke? He gave a great answer with truth, love, and clarity. I was really disappointed with Voddie Bauchman's answer. He used to be so clear. He did not give a straight answer, only that a clarification needed to be made between being on the pulpit and preaching. Thanks Miguel
Want to make a correction to my question, that was that Voddie Bauchman, he looks like him a lot, The second pastor to speak was Willilam R. Glaze. I am still trying to find the 3rd gentleman whom I was actually referring to .
@@hardriverz The last man that spoke is Dr. Ray Heiple. He's a pastor, and he also hosts the Origins TV show on Cornerstone TV. He's an awesome guy, and just is bold, and uncompromising.
“I don’t have time to get into that”
But you had time to interpret scripture you felt best suited your argument.
I have never understood why they want to make Mary Magdalene an evangelist? :) She was only told to go and say that Jesus is risen :) where do you see evangelism here? It's the same as saying to a person: go and tell others that I got up, or whatever I did, this is not evangelism, this is delivering a message. Stop twisting the Bible, it never ends well. And, another thing, Kenneth Copelands church doing good too ;) his family also ;) that means that he or his church or what he is doing is ok? ;) And last thing, if there were some rebellious and disobedient ladies in 18 century that ignored the Word of God and became "preachers" that does not mean that it's a good thing;) Sin existed from the beginning of times, disobedient and rebellious people too, and that does not mean that we should look at them as the examples of our own actions :)
I think women have to be the ones to teach in church since Jesus told us to call no man our teacher Matthew 23:8 😅
A Table of Men debate an issue on women with 0, No. women at the table or part of the discussion. This is sad.
I said yes
Thank you Ray.
Yes fr cause that first guy was just all over the place!
It’s not about prospective it’s about what the Bible say
A prophet is NOT a preacher
it is not about opinion, does the Bible permit it?
No sir come back to Bible being a profet is not preaching come back to Bible and stop lying
First red flag when he says my perspective. Second just cuz it works doesn't mean it's of God and that your obeying scripture.
Prophets are not pastors and in the old testament thier was no priestesses
I think both scriptures that say , women should be silent in church and those which say both men and women will prophecy are in the same Bible, and from there we also find how God used women by His spirit, and even paul himself ministered with ladies like Phoebe and even others he called them Apostles, now what we need to find out is, what was the reason of Paul to prohibit women in the Corinthian church and the same accepting other ladies to minister with him, the Holyspirit is not for genda ,is for all flesh, when we prohibit women from preaching,we resist the Holyspirit.
Good job guy on the right
He didnt give the same amount of time. When he didnt like it
Its not about what works well. The bible is clear.
Women who prophecy vs Women who hold a pastoral role and lead a church… let’s not over complicate it. God said what he said but others want to please people so bad and avoid backlash they go along with it.
How many men avoid bringing up a topic or addressing a topic because they don’t want to make their wife upset? My point exactly
The last speaker was right.
The 3rd speaker is what GOD BELIEVES. NOT WHAT MAN THINKS
One man out of the entire panel of men, gets it right, "women are to be silent in the church"
GOD said this is my son "not daughter" in whom I am well pleased in.
So, not only in the Devine Order of men being called to be elders, but by all means not one of the 12 disciples was a woman. Should then GOD change his mind or his word, to culturally in the year 2000, see fit to now allow women to preach? I think not!
Don’t say “to me that’s what the Bible saying“, say “this is what the Bible says. “
I usually give people the benefit of the doubt and listen to all they have to say (and I will) but you’re already a false shepherd if you start out by saying “from my perspective..”. When I’m learning God’s word, I am to die to the flesh and live only by His Spirit. I don’t care for man’s perspective, what does God say? The word of God is infallible, it is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction.
Its always such a debate as to what role women have over teaching the gospel to men as a whole. But we have to let scripture answer for scripture, and do our homework looking into what was going on at that time and the implications it had then & for us today today. For the Word doesn't change, but the times do.
1st Corinthians 11:3
My dear aside the scriptures, God still speak to us.why dont u ask God urself and he will answer u directly.i believe God use women
We have the scriptures yeah but do you really understand the meaning. You can read a passage and two people can understand it differently. And you have to take account of the language the Bible has been translated from. And one word can change the entire meaning of the text your reading. Words that we know in English also have different meanings in other languages. So you have to get the correct definition and the only way to get it right is through the Holy Spirit.
@@bstv6994 not all voices you hear is of God. Sometimes it's the reprobate mind. God gave us a Bible to follow as a guide. It was created to guide us through our Christian lives. Why would god give us these scriptures to follow and to live by but then talk to us separately and tell us to do the opposite? In that case you would need to question where that voice was coming from. Read and understand the bible, allowing the holy spirit to fill you and give you the true interpretations of the scriptures. God never changes. He's the same God as he was in the time of apostle Paul and he's the same today. God doesn't deal with confusion. His word is the same today as it was in the time that the scriptures were written.

1 Corinthians 14:37 KJVAAE
[37] If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.
It's right there in the Bible. Plain and simple.
🤔🤔
In 1st Timothy 2:12, Paul said, “I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet” (c.f. 1 Cor. 14:33-35). This passage makes it impossible for women to hold the office of pastor because it strictly prohibits women from teaching and taking spiritual authority over men in the church, which are the two most basic and important functions of the pastoral role. Pastors must be able to teach (1 Tim. 3:2), and they are called to rule with authority (1 Tim. 5:17). Women are prohibited from doing both. Therefore, women cannot possibly meet the biblical qualifications to be a pastor. If they can’t meet the qualifications, they cannot be a pastor in God’s church according to Scripture.
This would mean any church that hires a woman to be its pastor is defying the Word of God.
Paul was an apostle. He spoke for Christ. Therefore, he spoke the words of Christ. And if He spoke the words of Christ, 1st Timothy 2:12 and other relevant passages are the words of God Himself.
I suggest my short and free essay on Deborah.
Reply for it if desired.
Men and women are perfectly equal spiritually.
That is how a woman could judge
men of their sins, including homicide.
She was a pastor, according to the scriptures.
This is how the Judges are described in Chronicles.
To say a woman can be a Judge over Israel, but a woman can't be an elder in a small church, just doesn't make any sense scripturally.
@user-iz8np3vv4i women in charge was also a sign that things have gone bad in a particular nation, that is a sign of God's Judgment, if the bible says its wrong we can't defy it, if you do that then you can do the same with other scriptures.

THE REASON GOD SENT HER here:
...the Lord was moved to pity...
And when the Lord raised up judges for them, the Lord was with the judge and saved them from the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge; for the Lord was moved to pity by their groaning because of those who tormented and oppressed them.
-excerpt Judges 2
The sending of a Judge meant God was showing mercy to His people.
It wasn't a judgment against them.
Since Deborah was a woman, this scripture is sometimes used

My people! Their oppressors treat them violently,
And women rule over them.
My people! Those who guide you lead you astray
And confuse the direction of your paths.

1 Timothy ch 2 verse 12
This, the above, already happened. It happened by the will
of God. If there is a so-called 'order' then why would God
Himself violate it way way back around 1100 B.C.?
Deborah's story is in Judges 4 and 5. There was no explanation
of why God made a woman a Judge. But He did choose to do
that. He certainly could, since there was no gender qualification
to be a Judge over Israel. He certainly could, because there was
no 'order' ,even though I read people's posts everyday saying that
there was.
The essay looks at her story AND what a Judge was during
this time period. I can answer individual questions, but if you
are only restating your case maybe we should move on.
Third preacher is the only one who said the truth
Women should be able to preach, evangelize, sing and even be an elder etc but they shouldn’t be THE Shepard of the the flock. There is a difference. The role of leader of the church is the same as in the home reserved for men. But women can be on the pulpit and preach just not hold the title of preacher of the a given church
I suggest my short essay on Deborah. God ruled Israel through the Judges. A Judge was the most important spiritual leader of this time period, according to scripture.
So far your account of this topic makes more sense to me than most of what ive heard. I agree

Yes treat others how you want to be treated, but men and women are not equal. We aren’t the same. God made men and women different, to work together. There shouldn’t be anything wrong with saying that.
1 Peter 3:5-8/1 Corinthians 11:8-12
Women don't need jesus to be saved. Jesus needs women to stay relevant.
And this is what I hear many male and female preachers do. They involved there own perspective and personal feelings in the word of God. And let’s be honest. Prophesying and preaching is NOT the same thing. For example I can prophesy that tomorrow the sun is going to be blackened. And that doesn’t tell me nothing but what it is. However preaching is going to teach you what the blackened sun means and why it’s happening. And like speaking in tongues there should be an interpreter to tell what the person is saying otherwise the person should be silent 🤫. God has a structure on how things should be done in the body decent and in order. And when you have members of the body not doing what they are suppose to do and doing what they want to do because they confuse Gods revelation with there own feelings. Tarry means wait humbly and be quiet, patient until the Gods Holy Spirit tells you what to do. Be Gods puppet. Don’t be like Pinocchio and say I got no strings on me. God should be pulling your strings. Be lead by the spirit. And keep praying and be patient. And most of all humble yourself. Set your PRIDE ASIDE.
The problem with humans is this, we generally tend to judge these passages by what we *feel* or *think* is right and not what the texts blatantly say forgetting that there is some inherent, wise reason for them existing in the first place. That said, If we really do believe that the Bible is indeed God's Devine word, then we should follow everything in it leaning not on our understanding of what is morally right in our times or wrong regarding said texts, but rather on God's reasons (that may sometimes be unbeknownst to us) when he said it or had it written down.
One word: Kathryn Kuhlman was a woman evangelist that preached & laid hands on the sick & they were healed. God told her, he had called many men to preach, but they wouldn't accept the call. The very reason God chose her, she accepted the call. More miracles of healings happened in her ministry than others. Explain that one preacher that don't believe women can preach. God can use ANYONE he wants to, and he doesn't need the permission of men to do it.
Amen
I care more about the Bible than your story🤷🏽♂️

Kathryn Kuhlman is responsible for the death of a person she pretended to heal. A person with a broken back came to her, she said she healed them and told them to run as fast as they can across the church and back. The next day their spine collapsed and they died 3 months later.
