depends which universe, he's killed joker many times in cartoon movies, and in tim burton's Batman, he's killed Bane and Talia in The Dark Knight Rises, so you'd have to ask yourself this question... which universe he mainly never kills.... and remember, in most universes he's killed, even in BvS cartoon movie

No, after patter is scanned hel knock him the fuck out and game over.
He uses it yo block first few punches that he knows are coming, and he uses that moment to bring him to the ground and he will do it.
Its not something he uses so he can follow batman in a fight, its something hel use once to obliterate his opponent.
Just like in Civil War, after patter scan, he didnt fight with it against Cap for 5min, fucking 5 second, and Cap was out, Tony could kill him right there if he wanted.

In their first crossover in the comics decades ago, Bruce Wayne (Batman) met Steve Rogers (Cap America) and kinda fought each other to a standstill, not knowing each others' alter egos. Considering that Captain America is enhanced with the super soldier serum and a master of a dozen martial arts, Batman is NEVER to be underestimated in a fight. Although, I doubt he'd win against a being like Dr Manhattan, if they were ever to face each other, lol....

yeah he would not have a green lantern ring after that one incident. lex may have his orange one as i don't know how being an orange lantern corpsman works but the green lanterns have a life long service policy. look at kyle rayner and hal jordan, when not saving the earth they're at lantern corps hq speaking with the counsel or saving the universe from galaxy level threats along side other lanterns. it's like a police force.

Batman will win hands down. Stark has a powered up suit he has no actual fighting ability or anywhere close to Batmans physical conditioning, he is also very tactical and stealthy. Batman with or without the suit is incredibly dangerous for Stark.

Also Batman being smarter than Iron Man is up for debate. I think he is smarter in some areas but in others he is not. And it's not like Iron Man is a complete doofus either. In fact he is one of the smartest heroes in Marvel.
I would say Batman with prep time got a decent chance to take down Iron Man with prep time.
But this in particular is not including prep time of any sort. It's their base kit and with that i simply don't see Batman winning. His armor is way weaker and as said despite being able to stealth around he can't do much to outmaneuver Iron Man.
Hell Iron Man could just fly into the air and hit the whole place with his lasers and rockets if he wants to. No need to get close like that at all.
