Barry Allen is a 5-6, and Jay Garrick probably between 7 and 8 in power.

-Stomps Hercules, Female Thor, Wonder Man, Red Hulk at the same time. Female Thor give Odin a run for his money (Odin from Marvel can destroys galaxies with ease)
-Even when the time stopped, he can move.
-His soul can't be burned or drain.
-Can't be transformed into stone thanks to his healing factor.
-He's immortal.
-Has survived from a decapitation.
-Resisted at the weight of a star (Octillions to decillions tons at least).

Legolas he’s also not immortal; he may have the best regeneration and good durability other than Ghost Rider, and not to mention the one above all, the olympians, the Egyptians, the spectators of the universe, like grandmaster, Champion, collector.
Secret wars, and World hulk comics which are huge comics explain hulk being mortal but capable of living longer than any other mortal, due to his human side and gamma poisoning in old age.
Speaking of Ghost Rider, he was able to burn the living soul out of both the hulk and Bruce, couldn’t survive Ra’s rays, and got thrashed around by Pluto as if he was a ping pong so this is pretty one sided that Kratos ended up killing the Olympians, few of the Asgardians, and no doubt the Egyptians

Best thing about these is that they look like old school 2000's game clips from things like psi ops, and it's great they used hulks original game car fists.
Batman abilities you forgot to mention:
* Master detective
* Martial artist (at a ninja level)
* Expert scapist
* Inmunity to hypnosis and some mental attacks.
* Prestidigitator (yes, he's like a "magician" or a skilled thief)
* Highly skilled interrogator (can read facial microexpresions among other stuff, he's like a human lie detector)
* Hacker
* Speaks like 10 diferent lenguajes
* Can hold his breath for more than 12 minutes
* Insane resistance to poisons and drugs through self-medication
* Sleeps only 1-2 hours a day, and can stay awake for a week without sleeping
* AWESOME memory (can remember secuences of thousand symbols reading it just once, for example)
* Heavy lifter strength
* Athlete speed and agility
* Also, what he calls "Babel Protocol": a detailed mental scheme of all superheros and villains weaknesses and how to beat them
* Other stuff
You wonder why is he leading a group of superhumans, alliens and gods even when he doesn't have any "superpowers"? Becouse he can kick all their asses if they refuse, that's why.
