I literally went into this video wondering specifically about the hanja behind 경 (wondering if there was any commonality with 안경, which is completely unrelated). I didn’t think to do that! Some other uses you can look into are:
신경질 내다/부리다 lashing out
신경이 예민하다 edgy
신경이 곤두서다 even more edgy
신경전 mental war/war of nerves

I’d say the difference is similar to that between concern and worry!

묘하다 vs 이상하다
both translated as "to be strange"
I think 묘하다 is a bit more subtle, like strange but hard to put into words why.
