My first playthrough of Elders Scrolls: Skyrim was as a redguard and I joined Stormcloaks. Turns out nords have no issue with redguards, in fact they where quite welcoming and showed decent hospitality. The next playthrought I did was as an imperial and some civilian class nords where suspicious and looked down upon me.

It isn't restraint if you are too shocked to actually form a coherent thought. DR has some impressive ebony spheres and Dagoth must have been too busy admiring them to realize it would be easy to use them for unarmed skill training
