    Thank you so much, your videos are very informative and helped me to improve my game. I have one doubt regarding the badminton shuttle pick up drill where the shuttles are placed at different corners of the court and the player has run and pick them up. do you think this drill is helpful. If so, can you please provide a video on that and how it helps improve the game.

    • @CoachKennieAsuncion

    Thanks coach👌👌..Can you tell me what to do after an ankile sprian injury? Can you tell me about the exercises to prevent it from happening again?

    • @CoachKennieAsuncion
      @CoachKennieAsuncion  4 года назад +1

      Well the thing is after a sprain you are prone to future sprains. At one time when i was actively training i sprained my ankle every month for 3 straight months hahaha so i got used to it. There is no prevention to it except to warm up well so that when your ankle twists it doesnt get as bad. I hope you inmediately submerged your foot in a bucket of ice and water for 15-20min? It prevents very big swelling... and u need to do that every 4 hrs and elevate your feet while wrapped so u can lessen the swelling... tc and i hope ur foot has healed well😁🏸

    Hi coach......do you have any tips for relieving body aches after an intense match?

    • @CoachKennieAsuncion
      @CoachKennieAsuncion  4 года назад

      After intense matches, make sure you do proper cool down and /or stretching:
      ruclips.net/video/UN2a6U4vRJ8/видео.html
      ruclips.net/video/n-tJuUhN4To/видео.html
      Doing these will lessen the aches. Make sure to replenish with good meals & hydrate. Every now and then get a massage or do self massages on areas that are sore while you relax! 😁🏸
