I was told that before I insert an SD Card into the drone, it must be formatted. I recently purchased your Zino Pro and there is nothing in the operating manual that mentions formatting nor are there any tutorials on your website that explains how to do it. What do I do?
Hi Jacky, as the 4K video and high resolution picture ,it will take many internal phone storage, so we have not set it to be checked over the APP at present .Thanks
HUBSAN OFFICIAL must be available!!! When is it going to be enable? It takes a lot of work to get the sd card in a computer and then get movies and photos.
It does not have 4k it has only stretched potato quality that loads graphic processor of computer as 4k and appears in tags as 4 k but in 4k it just stretches something like 1pixel to 16 to just make big file from potato quality sensor

Garbage! When i finaly solved problem with rapid discharge caused by poor design of original charger that caused uneaven voltage per cell now after some flying that went somehow okish as usual if not counting poor stability in flight the bloody thing stopped saving photos to sd. Video no problem potato quality as always everything saved normally but no single photo saved. It only pretends that its making them but no trace to find when loaded to computer. I would rather not buy any drone than having to buy anything from hubsan.

I just got mine today. The video button does not work. How do I get a new one?
You have to make it by yourselve. Do not count for support. You get it as it is and better be happy that for now it's only thing not working lol

It does have fish brain pilot but lense is just ordinary piece that you can find in mid cheap csmeras
