I have used handmade soap once, but the soap did not last long. It became mushy after three days in shower. What may be the reason?

Hi without the recipe I would not be able to tell you the exact reason... But generally soap getting mushy is due to a high percentage of soft oils in your soap... Kindly check my video on oils used in cold process soap to you will know how much hard oils and soft oils needs to be used. Hope this helps.
