      I am coming in late responding to this comment. A true plant based diet person would not be worrying about getting enough fat. The oils is what we need to stay away from and the less fat we eat the more weight we will lose for maximum weight plan. Love your videos. They are very motivational for me even after 9 months of learning to eat healthy. You are awesome Tia!

    I appreciate your enthusiasm and simple menus. I do think I could easily eat twice the size of your portions, though. When you say you can only eat half the pot of food or whatever it is... do you just not have a big appetite?

    • @HealthyVeganMama
      @HealthyVeganMama  3 года назад

      Yes probably. I get full pretty quick. I always say eat until YOU are satisfied, not me. We all have different appetites and get full at different times during a meal :) what may be a lot of food for me, might be a tiny bit for you. Best of luck. 🌱

    These recipes hit it out of the park!! I can see eating the sloppy joe mix on bread or on a salad or a bed of steamed veggies, etc!! I am curious -- do you use the regular PB2 with the added sugar and salt or the PB2 Pure without - or perhaps it makes no difference to you for the amount you use? I could only find the one with sugar and salt added in the store. It put me in hunt-mode for an SOS-free alternative. I found Anthony's peanut butter flour -- it's just organic peanuts. Grown in the USA, gluten free, defatted, USDA organic, and it mixes beautifully with water and tastes great in the sauces I have made. I would highly recommend 🤤

    • @HealthyVeganMama
      @HealthyVeganMama  3 года назад +1

      I eat a ton for me (which is quite a large amount, maybe it just looks small over the video). But please remember Everyone is different and should eat until they are full. Don’t look at someone’s plate and think that that is how you need to be eating. The amount I eat to get me full will look different for you. I don’t measure or count anything. As I lost weight, I wasn’t as hungry, which is usually how it works because your body no longer requires the same amount of calories. Just listen to your body. Best advice I can give you. Hope that helps.
