    I’ve implemented your principles Matt for 2.5 years and at 38 years old have experienced all sorts of new gains. Focused on lower back, hamstrings, glutes, lats and triceps. The results are insane… it fixed a lot of little nagging issues and also completely changed the look of my physique! Thank you my brother!!!

    I'm a beginner and this is all new to me, but I did a bit of research regarding training and found that Matt is one of the best coaches in the world. But if he is the best coach in the world, I can't understand why he doesn't provide a program for absolute beginners. My buddy is a member of his Patreon channel and there is nothing for beginners there either, no program, no videos regarding programming. I purchased a few of his manuals but they are also not for beginners at all. If anyone on Matts team reads this please tell him I would really appreciate it if he will write a program or manual where you learn how to workout, how to program and how to do the basic compound movements from scratch without resorting to personal coaching because I can't afford it. Thanks

      Linear periodization manual and almost every workout on the lower tier patreon is for guys - and utilized for guys that are beginners constantly

      His Linear Periodization Manual is for beginners! Him and Ed Coan (Greatest Powerlifter of all time) came up with it, the program doesn't require any specialty bars or bands/chains, just machines that any local gym has!

    That’s for putting out great information!!! I wish I would have found you in the early 2000’s. Now awaiting a shoulder replacement at 45. 😞 I have no idea if I’ll be able to train with respectable weights afterwards. 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️😔
