I really tried hard to love this case but after using it for almost a month, I gave up and took it off. It’s cute but ends up getting in the way after a while. The balancing act with this case and the 16 pro max does take a few days to get used to but after that, the trying to type fast using it just does not feel like the keyboards that used to be attached to blackberry phones back in the day. It’s worth a shot but more a novelty buy than actually a useful buy.
Yeah it’s definitely one of those cases you either love or hate! I miss true blackberry and wish they were still around at some capacity making hardware and bb os. I'm curious what the evolution of clicks will be in 2025 and beyond though.

If you ever feel like doing another video on it to elaborate on how its been over the period of a few weeks I'd definitely love that. Also, any insight on how to create shortcuts and use the cursor mode would be fantastic!
Thanks for stopping by and watching! Yeah the cutout for the capture button is great. It's not flexible/loose, the case is precision fit but there's plenty of room and a small indent around the sides off the capture button to ensure you can easily use/access it. Personally I never use the capture button but the cutout is solid from when testing that. Hope that helps.
I appreciate your review but i would just like to ask how you have adapted to the new keyboard now? Does it feel nice typing? Would you say it feels exactly like BlackBerry keyboard? I used to love those phones!!! Especially the Blackberry Bold 9900, i think the best mobile keyboard. But how are you keeping with it? How is it holding up with you? The awkwardness of holding the phone while typing? Has it improved? Sorry i have been thinking about getting one but still deciding on it. Not quite convinced yet but the nostalgia!!!! It keeps on appearing on my social media feed too. Probably because i have been looking at it all the time. I’m also trying to look for compelling reasons to buy it. Trying to weigh pros and cons and reviews do help me. Thank you in advance for you reply (hopefully you do. Hehe 😛)
Thanks for stopping by and much appreciated!! No worries! Typing on it feels almost identical to the old BlackBerrys, which is a big reason I was drawn to it and continue using it. It's easily the best (and really the only) physical keyboard for the iPhone that offers a solid experience. I have no issues with its size or holding it, though I think it suits the regular 16 Pro better than the Pro Max for a slimmer overall footprint. My only concern is battery drain, as iPhones draw power for USB-C accessories and to light up the backlit keys. Personally, this isn't a big deal since I work from home, rarely leave, and always have chargers nearby, including in my car. I would also recommend if you plan to buy, buy now when on sale, as it's a bit pricy at retail. Thanks again! Hope the above is helpful!

It’s the other aspects of the case like pocketability and it’s overall footprint thing-y. I do not work from home unfortunately and I work in a hospital. I often reply on messages on WhatsApp, respond to email via phone and while on the go. This really would benefit me as i do like the feeling and idea of texting or typing without looking at the keyboard and screen which i remember i used to do proficiently before on Blackberries. It’s the other things that bother me. 😢 Still have about a day to decide whether to get it or not. But thanks again

I can truly type super fast without looking at the keyboard. You can use SwiftKey for seamless typing.

Hey @shawjak3 I believe if you have the app downloaded you can set the custom shortcut triggers and turn on cursor mode
