    Pasquale, where did u find the sour apples. I would love to make it. All your liquors are delicious; limoncello, Nocino ( had it in Modena last year). Enjoy your weekend

      Hi Karen I found them in North shore Farm on Long Island $3.99 each but it is worth it the liquor is amazing and it gets better with time!
