Mamma Eleonora pot Roast in the Crockpot Simple delicious Chuck meat Potatoes , carrots, salary, onions Salt , pepper, Tomatoe sauce PASSATA Two tablespoons of white vinegar Two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce Little water Seven hours in the Crockpot, start on high heat two hours then lower to low heat for five hours! Enjoy!

Ciao Pasquale se posso dare un suggerimento al posto dello zucchero che fa male specialmente se c’è qualcuno con il diabete potete mettere una carota intera tagliata a stick che fa lo stesso lavoro e cioè togliere l’acidità del pomodoro.buon appetito

@lacucinacookingwithpasqual8299 capisco, però lo scopo dello zucchero è quello di togliere l’acidita’ del pomodoro e si sa lo zucchero fa male se metti la carota al posto dello zucchero hai lo stesso effetto però la carota fa meno male, questo è solo un consiglio

Last night at the Wild Rose Karaoke night with Sal Maisano! My wife and I met this young lady with a wonderful voice , we sang one of my favorite song of all time The Prayer , Andrea Boccelli and Celine Dian❤️
In Scotland we call new years eve Hogmanay. We have Steak Pie and Butchers Sausage and Home made Peas.
My Wife and I travel to Edinburgh last September loved It , wonderful experience I love History and Castle and Scotland has plenty of it!

We make the fritelli aka "le frittle". Going to try making the calzone next year. Which i remember when I was a child. Again your videos are amazing!! As they say in Molfetta " a diesh ae nood!" 😆

What is the cheese you begin with? It seems to be ricotta? This is confusing bc I don't know what is in the bowl...
Hi Denise in America we buy La Cagliata ( Kurd) from Restaurant Depot or Italian Deli , it easier to make mozzarella then starting with Milk , I made fresh Mozzarella with whole milk but it is more difficult to get it Right , because it is hard to find non pastured milk here. I hope this helps
