Hi yes I had Shoulder Surgery a Month ago, getting better every day, I used sweet white onions , I also love red onions!

Question! To make the simple syrup, you use water, correct? I noticed when you were pouring the water in, it looked like the alcohol bottle. Were you just using the bottle for a rough measurement?
you are 100% correct !
equal amount of water ,one liter of pure alcohol and one liter of water , 350g of sugar .
Boy do I miss baccala. You can’t find it in Florida around me. My mouth was watering. I love your apron. I tell my dog few times today this. I’m a lady and I don’t want to sound so bad.
you can probably order it online ,it is dry cured so it will not spoil

you have literally boiled sausages... i tried this with frying the sausages a little first to get some colour on them. Good recipe
I agree the sausages should go in first.
I do that when I make Italian Ragu’ Wich is your Sunday sauce in the States , I sauté sausage , beef, lamb and pork before I introduce the rest of the ingredients , belive me my sausage was not boiled, try it first then you let me know. I appreciate your comments🙏
